it’s pretty simple once you try it out but i find every now and again it just won’t trigger, i find just initiating it with the camera is most consistent (perfect example right before zip line) so that strategy is easiest and pretty consistent but for when you are approaching a wall head on you must do the move with your movement input; so as you approach the wall right before you initiate the climb you would move your joystick to the front left or right or hold W+A if on kbm and hold parkour up right as you get next to the wall, however this strategy really only works when standing on a beam or balcony or anything that you aren’t regularly standing straight up on. if you wanna trigger the diagonal climb when moving on a flat surface you must do the first strategy. hope this works for you i kind of overexplained lol (imagary found most of this info i believe)

Because confining parkour to small spaces within a map as big as the previous titles is the equivalent of putting a slide in a dessert and calling it a playground. The entire city of Baghdad is a playground ands that’s what an ac map has to be.
Appreciate how you actually used the vaulting over objects feature. Makes the sequence not boring. The game is still not as fun as Unity but the Baghdad is made so that the parkour is consistent atleast.

Man i wish you could actually gain significant height from wall ejecting backwards instead of just a little. The amounts of paths that would make 🤯 this is generally the most height you'll gain if you ever wall eject 1:10

it depends, my other mirage vid that’s doing good i put together in an hour or 2 but it was a pretty intricate line so it makes sense, for some reason this one was harder for me and took like 3 hours but it’s due to me being inconsistent. i never even played valhalla so i’m still learning this system but typically an hour or two

it happened naturally, all i did was climb and bc there was a pole there basim decided to grab it, just look at how the pole and tree are lined up and you can trigger it in other places if similar circumstances meet
love the content brother. One thing that has always bothered me with the AC games though is the fact that there's no proper bounce physics for the ropes when your character walks on it. Totally breaks the immersion imo.
yeah definitely, ghost of tsushima has the best iteration, there are rope physics and you feel like your character is really trying to maintain balance
The game is fine but when you are playing no matter how well thought out your course of action seems there is a slight annoying pause with every single jump/mantle/landing/climb. It doesn’t appear that way when watching but you feel it every time basim performs anything.
i tried by looking downwards while doing usual sprint and parkour up, it really depends on where you are but in that spot it was hittin everytime, just couldn’t for the one decent run 💀

Yes its in the game, it is the ost that plays when your in the main menu. Also, you can hear religious chants in the game depending on the time of day.

you've tricked yourself, this game brought in animations from unity from parkour to assassinations. they've also made stealth MILES better than any of the ac in rpg trilogy and the stealth rivals that of unity. origins also didn't have any black-box missions. this game took the rpg formula and turned it into a story focused, stealth focused assassin fantasy. i could have asked for more but im more than happy with what we received and so are a lot of other people.

On controller it triggers when Basim is approaching a wall angled towards the direction you want to go instead of going head first on the wall
