And, to think that we've gone back to this type of gameplay from the likes of Valhalla is amazing - hopefully we get more games like this, as there are rarely any parkour games these days - especially with the variety of architecture that Assassin's Creed has for our playground.

This is probably the best u can make the parkour look, personally i really dislike the parkour for alot of reasons. Basim loses momentum consistently, sometimes he would even start walking after making a jump, his sprint speed needs to be faster, it feel stiff due to no ejects being in base game. The only positive is baghdads parkour design.
i wouldn’t personally say that’s the only positive, from another perspective basim not always being at max speed is honestly immersive imo, it’s not as balls to the wall as the originals and i would have preferred that but im still happy with the game, i respect ur opinion tho

sprint+parkour up for the dives, and the eject mod i linked is a separate version of the og that allows you to fine tweak the eject settings on the go, i use 2.8 eject and 7.5 sprint. thanks for watching and subbing🫡🫡
imo ac3 is the peak of the franchise and that’s simply because it had vaulting+the sweet og system. ac1 parkour is still dope though, jcers and animusdrifter make some flawless runs on the game

actually i agree he loses momentum too much, sometimes for the smallest terrain change he will just misstep and it’s pretty annoying

some really good pathing in this video though i was very disappointed to see it’s heavily assisted by mods 😭 base game will never be this clean
