A very important reason as to why doctors don’t want to work in rural areas is the cost of travel, the shifting process and especially the services that are provided in those rural areas. Bad connectivity, infrastructure and Wadera/Chaudhry systems discourage doctors who have primarily studied and lived in urban areas to go to towns and dwellings in the country side.
Yes. We spend subsidies and grants so wastefully. these are the exact topics where the Government can incentivize young doctors to spend a few years in rural areas
Aoa, doctor here. Nowadays it is so hard to get a place in specialisation and even then doctors are not paid properly. Imagine doing a 60 hour shift in surgery without any break for food or sleep(in the biggest hospital of Punjab) and then being paid 70k/1 lac at the cost of your work-life balance and your own health when even my driver makes the same. I'm not taking side of doctors but it is due to these reasons we see current trends. Pakistan's poor policies have set the country for doom and educated individuals can see it. They also know their own worth. And that's why we are losing a huge chunk of specialists to the foreign world. All young doctors with me plan to go abroad because they know their country's policies are too malfunctioning to realise their worth.

Like you said Pakistan needs more health clinics and schools while the government focuses on hospitals and universities. Rural population don't need fancy projects , they just need basic health and educational facilities

Instead of educating and upskilling people in the country which can then bring services revenue, Overseas Pakistanis themselves are considered garbage or traitors. Healthcare tau 20 years later result produce kare ga. If only, the Overseas Pakistanis are given right support & investment opportunities, the foreign remittances to the country will multiply.
I have seen many info segments from you which are very informative. I would also be interested to know how the government spends its money especially how govt officers are compensated and what privilege they or their descendants get and for how long.
Its not just access to health&care issue; there is also a strong need to increase supply of high quality HCPs, labs, and drugs. How can this be made possible when pharma MNCs like Roche and Sanofi would exit from Pakistan. Bear in mind that we don’t have a single drug discovery or clinical trial ops setup in the country due to its lacking infrastructure and resources
It's my habit 😂 that if i like something either it's someone's content i literally promote alot i appreciate them i watch their every video so im 17 year old girl and from two years im interested in finance 😂 i read books , and consume more content from many other resources and on here yt as well there are some channels but I don't think so there is specific channel in my country i ever found someone making quality videos specifically on finance keep it up !!!
