Definitely not the most expensive villa in cape town nor clifton at $8million price. I know a couple $30-40million ones
By far one of the best vacation villas ever!! Had a great time, hospitality is better than most hotels. The Pentagon is second only to the Pengilly villa in my opinion**

Yes, definitely one of the most beautiful homes in Clifton! I dubbed it the "floating house" - when you sit on the expansive pool deck, looking over the Atlantic, it feels like the house is floating. Magnificent property!
