If something advertises itself as "South Park but [X]" "South Park if it was [Y]" then it's guaranteed to be awful.
And if it advertises itself as Family Guy but [X] expect a lot of jokes about it being worse than Family Guy but no attempts to actually improve or be original.

Genuinely have no clue who the actual fuck green lit this, bro like the laugh track is so overused that laugh tracks overlap. And at absolutely no point in this whole thing did anything make me smile or chuckle. Nothing lands like a joke it’s like conservative statement (laughtrack) making fun of the non-binary kid (laughtrack) it’s so forced and thrown in your face with no rhyme or reason.
They added a laughtrack because no one else finds this funny.

The fact that the house looks like it is modeled to be a cartoon version of the house in All In The Family is the part that makes me really just laugh a little but then get depressed.
All In The Family, a show starring a crotchety old moderately racist conservative man who over time learns how to cope with, and even understand the changing world around him, and downright understand right from wrong and the human condition at it's core to become a good, while maybe rough around the edges person who may be uncomfortable with change, but understands it's going to happen, and that it's actually not bad when you look past insecurities in yourself.
This shits and pisses on the legacy of that show in that way by boiling down all the shitty parts of Archie Bunker into an utterly irredeemable asshole.
I took the dog non-binary joke as: the dog is "fixed" i.e has no testicles which is why she lifts the tail to demonstrate it. That's the most generous possible read. Still a stupid joke that means nothing and fundamentally makes no sense, unless we're now calling out pet owners for "trans-ing" their dogs by cutting their bits off. 🙄
Also something I think is wild is that they decided to have his boss wear a redskins shirt as if him being a black character somehow makes a loophole of not being racist
But if it's good to be offensive, then it's good to be racially offensive.
I thought that the worst of the worst was Mr Birchum, that the conservatives couldn't do anything worse. I am humble enough to admit that I was wrong.
There are more people who are likeable in this, and the character-designs are better.
Another major problem everybody seemed to miss is how the writers don't believe in ALLERGIES
There's this joke right after Chaz was introduced where they say they're allergic to dogs, to which the girl responds with "It's okay, he's an emotional support dog... and nonbinary!" and the response is "Ok! Good dog" and they pet the dog.
Obviously that's not how that work at ALL, but the joke wouldn't even make sense if they didn't think allergies were made up by the Woke Mob™
I would rather watch Mr. Birchum then this. That's how bad it is.
