I am from Hyderabad and regularly make these chutneys. However, if you are NOT preserving the chutney then only can add udath daal. If you are preserving any chutney for more than 24hrs do not use Udath daal as it get stale very easily and gets sticky.

I tried peanut chutney today it turns out so delicious especially when you added hing in tadka adds extra taste to it. Thank you for your simple recipes
