Honestly relaxed hair is easy to deal with 😂 Relaxing my hair was the best decision of my life and it doing well with less combing and manipulation. Any new youtuber here?? Let’s connect 🙌🙌
A lot of salons don't know how to do hair especially natural 4c type hair I've been natural for two plus years now and it's not easy oo also with the fact that i live in a country where the water is hard water, so it causes lots of breakage also makes my her hard like very strong, so I've been thinking to just relax it and rest o😢 cause it's not easy fr.. thanks for the tips 😊
I love this! Been natural 18 years and just embarked on the straight natural journey and love it. The natural hair community can be so toxic it disgusts me. Happy you made the right decision for yourself!!
You ain't never lied on the natural hair community. I don't even call them the natural hair community cause your being judged just on doing what you want to do with your hair by a bunch of straggly strangers. IDC do what you want to do with your hair to make you happy.
Very true! Majority of hair stylist do not know how to relax hair! Asides relaxing sef, they don't know how to detangle hair or even comb properly 😭😭😭. When you eventually find who can care for your hair properly, they are pricey! So I decided start relaxing my hair myself. It's been quite a journey shaaaa😂 Making your hair by yourself is very stressful so I ran away😂
Medical school stress made me relax my natural hair for the first time last month I'll try to grow out my relaxed hair hopefully I document my journey on TH-cam by using your tips
Love this topic, 😊 especially cuz I’m still scared of making that switch. I’m still a Natural hair girly… 7 years now and the stress / limitations is not funny .
I relaxed my hair also in August 2022 after 7 years and it has been quite a journey. Nigerian salons DO NOT know how to relax hair and I experienced some damage so I did a Bob cut and I’ve been contemplating between staying short and relaxed, growing the relaxed hair again, going back to natural hair or just microlocing. Hair is such a bully sha 🤭
I'm a black beautiful woman who is natural, been for 5 years now and the natural hair can be challenging especially with detangling. I ain't gonna lie, I sometimes want to relax my hair, said if I do, it would only be twice a year. Not going to relax consistently, just to manage it. I'm not judging any one. Been there a time or two. The beauty of hair is that you can change it up so many times.
So much helpful tips, I agree with going to salons that can care properly for your hair. I remember changing salons because of how the lady was being too hard when combing my hair 😅
Then you likely have an oily scalp or even dandruff, sense sulfur helps with the sebum regulation and inflammation . Try an anti dandruff shampoo or at least use a clarifying shampoo once a week. That’s what’s have worked for me😊
I went from virgin natural hair of 2 years back to relaxed today and it at no point “burned” me even after smoothing for ages. I was so surprised as I had did it myself but had watched videos from hairdressers and read tips (I’ve relaxed my hair myself before but I don’t think I did a virgin relax by myself before). It just goes to show just how much relaxing has been done wrong because it’s actually not supposed to burn.
I would actually recommend braiding when the hair is in its more natural state. My natural hair is strong so it can withstand any pulling from braids and prevents any loss of edges
Hello Kamsi, this is my first time commenting on your video which is so long overdue. You're such an inspiration to me with mostly your work ethic and individuality. At this point you ought to get a sponsorship from Aphogee cause you've literally put me onto good hair care tips for chemically treated hair.
Thank you so much, you were my inspiration and I’m loving the relaxed hair journey. Please what relaxer do you use though? because whenever I relax mine it never relaxes fully since the first time I transitioned and it not even about the timing or quantity. I use Ors olive oil relaxer.
This was so needed, I’m about to relax my hair and I have thick hair 😭 I relax my hair every month just because it doesn’t really relax like that, for the girlies, what hair relaxer would you recommend please
Hi girlies! We are 3 weeks strong with the uploads😅 please encourage me by liking the video 👍🏾if you found it helpful 🥹🫶🏽

It's called freedom to do whatever you want to your hair. Whatever makes you happy, you still beautiful. You make the hair, hair doesn't make you.
I was just looking for a video on your channel to rewatch and then this! 😂😂 that’s crazy!!! Yayyy
Rightttt😂😂I was searching her playlists and I saw this
Aww yay hope you enjoyed it🤍

I love sulfur in atleast 1 of my products because they help my dry scalp 😭. Oils make me itch, even edge control.
