Berry Sponge Flan With Pastry Cream | Refreshing Summery Dessert

Filling :
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
pinch salt
2 cups whole milk
4 egg yolks
2 tbsp butter
2 tsp vanilla (or choice of flavour)
Sponge base :
3 eggs
6 tbsp flour
6 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
lemon zest or 1 tsp vanilla
Bake in a preheated oven 170C until lightly golden for about 10 mins, until toothpick comes out clean.
Leave the cake to cool before adding the filling.
Keep refrigerated until serving.
You can add the filling of your choice,
I like making it with instant custard instead of creme pastry, I add a little more custard powder than suggested on the packet to get a thick custard that will set once cooled.

نصايح للبنات♥👌
اول حاجه النظافة الشخصية للبنات
فيه بنات لسه ماتعرفش أساسيات النظافة الشخصية وبيكتفوا بإنهم بيغسلوا سنانهم ويستحموا وخلاص
🌹نبدا بالأسنان:
•فرشه ومعجون أسنان سنسوداين او اي نوع بترتاحيله صباحا ومساءا وبعد كل وجبة
وانتي بتغسلي سنانك اغسلي لسانك كمان بالفرشة والمعجون هيفرق جدا في ريحه بوقك
•خيط بالنعناع بيتباع بالصيدليات ودا للتنظيف بين الأسنان والضروس
مهم اوي بقى الخيط دا للناس اللي بتشتكي من ريحة بقها متغيره حتى بعد غسيل الاسنانلازم تجربوه
•لبان ترايدنت فراولة حلو بيعطر ريحة الفم او كلورتس بالنعناع
🌹الشعر:
•الشامبو مرتين كل أسبوع أو ٣ لو شعرك دهني
الشامبوهات أنواع كتيرة منها المعطر زي

ومنها العادي زي دوف ولوكس وصانسيلك ولوريال وغيرها من الشامبوهات أنواع كتيررررر
•فيه ناس بتشتكي من ريحة شعرهم مش حلوة بنصحها تستخدم شامبوهات القشرة معناها فروة راسها دهنية
وترطب أطراف شعرها بسيروم خفيف أو حمام كريم عالأطراف علشان يعوض الجفاف اللي بيسببه استخدام شامبوهات القشرة
•فيه بقى حاجه حلوة جدا عطور للشعر
إما بيرفيوم (فرنسي) ودي بتتوفر في بعض الماركات، بيعملوا كيتس منها بيرفيوم عادي وبيرفيوم للشنطة وبيرفيوم للشعر بيكون خالي من الكحول
ومنها مخمرية عربيه للشعر بروايح كتير سواء عربي او على ورد ياسمين او روايح غربي وعملت فيديو كامل عن الموضوع دا
🌸الجسم:
•الشاور چيل والاستحمام مرتين ل ٣ مرات بالاسبوع وفي الصيف يفضل يوميا بس بلاش شعرك يتغسل كل يوم
•الشاور چيل من

حلوين جدا
وروايحهم ناعمة جدا
وفيه ماركات عاديه وحلوه جدا برضه زي كامينا ولوكس واوبال
•بعد الشاور مهم تحطي عطر خفيف بادي سبلاش للجسم ودا غير البيرفيوم بتاعك
البادي سبلاش من ڤيكتوريا سيكرت وباث اند بودي حلوين
لو بتحبي العطور العربي يبقى تحطي بعد الشاور نقط على اماكن النبض ؛ ورا الاذن
او لو عندك مخمرية للجسم ودي فيه منها بروايح عربي وفيه منها ومسك الطهاره حلو اوي وهيفرق في ريحتك جدااا👌🌹

Hi, I sent a message asking for gluten free recipes few days ago I was just checking if any answers, by of chance I read your message you made it gluten free. My daughter was just been diagnosed with celiac gluten free and am really struggling with baking if you could please share your recipe and if any other recipe I would really appreciate it.

I’m sorry to hear about your daughter’s diagnosis. It can be difficult transitioning to a gluten free diet. There are a lot of really good recipes available just keep trying and you will find some that you really like to make for your daughter. I was able to make this recipe by substituting a gluten free flour, I used King Arthur gluten free flour. If you don’t have access to that particular brand I am sure any flour substitute would work. I hope that helps.
