Lemon cake recipe:
170g flour
170g sugar
170g butter
2 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
2 eggs
zest of 2 lemons
juice of 1 lemon

Bread recipe:
160 ml warm water
160 ml warm milk
80ml oil
1 tsp active dry yeast or half a package
1 tbsp sugar
about 400g flour (more or less as needed)
Mix the warm water, milk and sugar. Sprinkle in the yeast and let it sit for 5-10 mins until foamy.
Then add in the rest of the ingredients and knead until you get a smooth dough.
Cover and let rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size, shape the bread however you like, then cover again and let them double, about 15-30 mins.
Bake in 200C oven until golden
Since I can remember; I have always been opening music or lectures or having the T.V on while doing house work ...but I realized from your videos that the daily sounds around us is a blessing to hear.
The simple sound of putting a cup on a table or the sound of pouring water or stirring a cup of tea with a spoon ☺..etc.
