Huh, almost identical to my cooked pudding. I do 3 eggs, 3 cups milk, 1 cup sugar, along with the cornstarch etc. Layer it with vanilla wafers and sliced bananas and you have banana pudding. Oh, and, cornstarch mixes in a lot easier if you mix it with the sugar first. Looks good, smooth and silky.
@@denisesudell2538 I never have, but I thicken lots of things with cornstarch. Later this week I will use it to thicken a can of crushed pineapple to use between cake layers. I don't see why non dairy milk would be a problem.
I can't drink cows milk due to being a diabetic, so I used Silk milk. Came out perfect. Almond milk is next giving a slight almond flavor, just add chocolate. Also a stick/emersion blender worked perfect for this preparation.

Very easy and simple no whip cream no heavy cream no condense milk plain I liked 👍
If I want make chocolate I just add some cocoa power one tablespoon

How much cornstarch in your pudding plz. TIA
