This is where I get all my equipment.
Payments definitely help.
Sounds amazing.
Thanks! It's a great board for its price point for sure!!!!
I just got mine and I love it!
@danrodriguez8355 ayyyye lesss gooo!!!! It's definitely a lot of board and menu diving but it's sounds amazing for $1500. What type of music do you make?
I make ambient and EDM.
@danrodriguez8355 Nice! There definitely some good patches in here for that!
You probably already know this, but what you were showing were not individual sounds, but actually scenes. At 4:06 you were showing a scene where the sounds of the first 5 zones were played together (as shown by the 5 lights above each zone). The instruments actually has thousands of sounds. I have a Fantom 8 (the big brother of the 0 series) and each scene has 16 zones, which means 16 instruments per scene. You can layer those zones together to have a piano play with a nice pad in the background by simply having 2 of the zones active at the same time. Great instrument though ... still learning something new every day :-)
Thanks for the post, absolutely!!! I figured that out when pairing it to my SLMKIII. I was able to control each channel from the slmkiii, which was extremely fun. Plus, the single tone threw me off at first. I plan on doing a series on the board. I love learning and diving into new gear and equipment.
How do you like the fantom 8?
@@GammaLensMedia I'm loving it ... bought it for myself during Corona Lockdown because I wanted to lear to play piano. So I'm a musical analphabete, but by now I can play a thing or two (beginner stuff) and I've expanded my setup a bit like you ... Push 2, Komplete MK2, a Midi Controller since by now I've bought 2 more synths 🙂
The phantom is a beast though. You can do a lot with that beast. Just last week I figured out how to add in effects like Delay and stuff.
NICE! Yeah I've been wanting a Fantom for a long time but stuck to digital work flow for ease and convenience. However I decided to get back into music full time and started picking up all the gear that I wanted/needed. Some stuff is just extra fun like the 06. However plans on building a nice setup has taken a few years. Just keep practicing music is a journey that takes a while sometimes to settle in. I know for sure it has for me.

This video goes over everything old and new. Second half of the video is the new equipment.
Everything except the new boards I just got them.
Unless you mean how to set them up. I'll have a video on setting up anolg gear soon!
Ok im conviced and i have a k2700 but the sound seems more modern on the fantom tbh
I feel like they did an amazing job on the Fantom for sure with the sounds. I currently diving through all of the features to get a better idea of the board. I mainly make music in Ableton however the Fantom has been a great addition to the studio. I haven't had the privilege to use the K2700 but the video demos makes it look like a pretty decent board as well !!!!
why the F are you not using the 32 channel audio through the USB !!! whay a joke
I'm not sure if this is supposed to be a serious comment or question?
I have a focusrite 18i20 with multiple external devices hardwired to receive audio, from microphones to analog gear.
Why would I stress about using the Fantom as an interface (it can be a useful solution to multitacking from the board to a DAW) there's not a real reason for me to absolutely use it.
The Fantom is a Swiss Army knife when it comes to features. This means it gives the owner multiple ways to interface with it. To assume I have to use it only 1 way is a JOKE.
