I connect it via USB to the computer as the Fantom itself is an audio interface. I have a SM7B connected to the Fantom via a 1/4in jack on the back. This allows me to control the DAW and the internal sounds simultaneously. I've detected no audible latency since I've been using it.
Do you still have the Roland Fantom 06? I also have one. When I hold down the bass keyboard button and quickly turn the master volume back and forth loudly and quietly, I get a scratching noise. not with the slider. Is that the case with you too? Thanks.
Hey Great Video but can you show how to export this same track as when I try to export it just gives me a blank or empty track😅
You would need to drag and drop your clips into the other arrangement view as audio or midi and then export from that point.
@@amackclassic6737 ohh I'll try that for sure 😁
How is your Fantom connected to your computer? Direct? Interface? Any latency?
via USB port

A basic question. How do you add reverb to a piano sound? Thanks.
I use MIDI learn to assign the rotary knob above each zone Fader on the Fantom. I'll demonstrate this in a video. It's easier than it sounds
@@amackclassic6737 Thanks.
