We bought a fan off Amazon.. no mount to it just the fan with 12 volt connection & variable speed switch then cut the circumference of of plywood the same width the window frame was to fit in a window. Have extra battery we use a converter kit that has battery connection 1 end 12 volt 2 outlets the other… that we use to DRAW OUT THE AIR. It works great
I have a smaller van, and the stove is the same. It takes less than a minute to setup. Not a big deal. If you don't have enough storage you have to much stuff.
Get a 5000btu ac . & A 24v 5kw/hr Lifepo4 server rack battery. They sell for 1500$ , a 24v puresine inverter, & a 24v alternator for the van engine+ some solar panels on the roof with mppt charge controller. Be sure to use an alternator temparature regulator or else the alternator will cook it self when the engine is at idle.

Just a suggestion use packing cubes and the roll method for your clothes . Cubes can be stored a lot easier . Just a suggestion from a car life person

Organize your mind & then, your space. I don't have your electrical requirements but all else would be similar. Fans are my only real complaint.
No complaints from me! These are just the worst things I could think of. The lifestyle is great!
But how many are there really? 2 more deep cycle batteries 2 solar panels and 12 volt air conditioning cost around $1000. Do a rear outside kitchen.
So don't complain you choose that style
