My mother used to go around singing boola boola so I grew up singing those lines too. I never heard the verse or the whole chorus before. It was a real treat! Thank you for all of your videos. I really enjoy them.
himanv seeing as how fight songs were made to represent a university’s sports programs(hence the name FIGHT SONG) and Yale hasn’t excelled in anything that requires physical acumen in the history of their program, what does Yale use it for? Do they play it before their lacrosse team marches into the courtroom to fight rape allegations?
Lol I guess when you're not playing for championships all you can do is talk crap about our super awesome and very original theme song that they only play once or twice a game...plus every time we get a touchdown, 1st down, occasionally on 3rd downs to hype up the crowd, in between changes of possession, turnovers in favor of OU, at the start of a game, at the end of a game, commercial breaks, kickoffs, halftime, at the start of every quarter, at the end of every quarter...okay, so maybe they do play the song a bit much, but you know what they say, "sometimes you just gotta play your theme song whenever you feel like you, you know, need to play it...and what not". I'm pretty sure that's an expression.
