Men singing together and being irreverent is a classic display of camaraderie, class and confidence. Anyone who can't see that might want to work on their own character. No. All classes and lectures are performed a cappella at Yale. All exams are conducted as musical skits and students may wear only white tie. Faculty research is disseminated as light opera, with a minimum forty piece orchestral accompaniment.
