Loving the cutlass/g-body videos, and having a woman that not only supports your hobby but pushes you to go out and get work and a vireo done on it is priceless man, seams like you got a good one hang on to her and keep the cutlass videos coming.
I enjoy the Sunday videos, I am sure we all can appreciate just how hectic life in Florida is during Hurricane season. Glad you and family are safe and sound
Twenty years ago I started on a killer 1987 Cutlass Supreme. Grey in and out and almost perfect. I changed everything to smallblock Chevy. New paint ,new half vinyl top,new headliner, new every damn thing. I was proud of it,,!!! Then I got hurt at work . Crap!! Well I had to sell it ASAP, lost my ass on it but I still love the Cutlass. Thank you for showing your car that you love so much. I get it!! Keep it coming and I can't wait for the first pass you make. Sorry about the long story but I figured you'd understand. Thanks,,!!!
You're killing me, Kevin, with all that TRZ goodness. I planned on keeping my modified stock front suspension with zero drag bushings, which works quite well, but seeing how good that looks, I may have to place an order to TRZ. 1979 Malibu.
hey kevin, just wanted to say... welcome back... you have been posting consistently for months now!! i know it adds a ton of extra work, but i thank you for bringing us all along...no matter what life flings at you, professionally or personally just know that some barc-o-longer mechanical wiz will try to show what they know!! well.. i learn from you.. i have always wanted to learn welding mig and tig... but you, taylor ray, Metigulious, CJR and a few others have made me really look into it.. while i don't have a place or a way YET... i will... Chair be DAMNED!! i don't usually get so 'gushy" , but i look forward to something... i stopped doing that shyte ages ago.. but you i really enjoy... thank you mang..
Late night Kevin ramblings are great! The Cutlass is coming right along, even for having limited time to work on it. Before watching this, I spent an hour leveling the metal lathe in my shop, its still not as good as I want to be and it looks like I did nothing!
I love this Cutlass series as back in the early eighties I purchased an '81 Cutlass, took the V6 out and proceeded to fit three different engines in the following couple of years ending with a 454.
Glad to see the progress. Glad the storm didn’t mess you up. The commercials are becoming more frequent and WAY far left. Making TH-cam more challenging to endure. Love you, bro. Keep up the nice work!
Kev I like the way you're spell meticulous and you're welding that's very good I like the way you take pride in your work it shows keep up the good work
I bet when they welded that frame the thought of it going sevens with 1500+ hp never crossed their mind. They figured “good enough to grandma to church”😂
Thanks for sharing another Cutlas video and you were fortunate that you were not affected by the hurricane but I continue to pray for those who were affected.
youre talking about drilling a hole to allow airexpansion , made me think of sumting in the 40s german carmanufacturers (auto union later audi) put a shrader valve in the tubeframe of their racecars tubeframes , why ? , well after each race they put a few psi worth of compressed air intoo the fame and if it lost airpressure over an x period of time they knew there was a crack in the frame somewhere and they needed to take the car a part and check over it more carefull bit of soapy water made finding the crack / leak eazier in the time before magnet checking with powder
In Clearwater, but 4 miles from the Gulf. Minor damage, lost most of my fence, and still no power. Counting my blessings. Feel for all the people that lost everything, 45 tornadoes wreaked havoc on many, and the flooding was devastating.
I have the perfect spot for those control arms, my 84 El Camino and I'm only a couple hours north of KSR. Looking more like a race car instead of bars.
And all this work with, well , tiny pieces of original frame left.. To run a certain class? Mind blowing. At 130/hr this isnon massively and expensive build... Cant make wait to see her run..
Right on, Kevin! Enjoying the Cutlass build…I love that you’re building your 1st car…it would be so cool if your ride “kinda” looked old school…I wonder if anyone makes some 80’s looking wheels that are lightweight? Those old school rims DID look cool 😎 I think your OLDS would look pretty trick sitting on something like some chrome Cragar Super Trick wheels and Goodyear shoes…
I enjoy my Sunday video of you working on this car. I'm glad you found some time in your schedule to do that and shout out to your girlfriend for allowing you to do it. Car is coming along nicely
Truer words have never been spoken about project cars taking longer than expected!! 6 years owning mine and it seems like the only progress made is backwards progress and insane amounts of more money. Apparently budget builds aren’t so budget friendly if you want anything half ass decent.
I'm not a gm fan but there's a few I like! Monti. SS and definitely the cutless body style you have. Love your videos especially the cutless build videos!!! Keep them coming!!!!!!!!
Glad the storm was nicer to you guyzzzzz……. Luck of the Irish maybe…..😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂well the luck of something right……so on with the Sunday Sunday Sunday Oldsmobubble Cutloose vid……… 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍65 on the right……75 on the left…..😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨
Kevin, Excuse my ignorance, but what is the reason/rule/class that require using the stock front chassis elements? You have modified/removed a ton of them. Cutlass build is great.
Iunno Kevin seems like the easiest way so solve the limiter thing is to weld a tube to the frame with a plate on the end that lands where your existing arms expect there to be something to limit against rather than changing over or making something new 🤣
KSR Cutlass Sunday is kind of a tradition now. I am liking these Sunday updates. Keep at it Kevin!
Sunday is Cutlass Day. Glad you weren’t heavily impacted by the hurricane. Thanks for the great videos.
Loving the cutlass/g-body videos, and having a woman that not only supports your hobby but pushes you to go out and get work and a vireo done on it is priceless man, seams like you got a good one hang on to her and keep the cutlass videos coming.
Thanks! She's definitely a keeper!

No wonder Australia is so smart we are one day older. Tuesday 12:11 Am
Watching Kevin's Sunday videos is like visiting an old friend👍
Happy to hear things weren't too bad with the hurricane. Things definitely got pretty wild for a lot of people down there.
Cutless videos comes first haha glad she’s a positive influence on you
You know when you can marvel at the front suspension at full droop? --> When the Cutless makes a phat wheelie at the starting line... 😁🤘
You are busy with life and still we have a video. A very interesting video. Many thanks Kevin.

Love cutlass Sunday. Even although this is Monday today 😂
You're killing me, Kevin, with all that TRZ goodness. I planned on keeping my modified stock front suspension with zero drag bushings, which works quite well, but seeing how good that looks, I may have to place an order to TRZ.

I bet when they welded that frame the thought of it going sevens with 1500+ hp never crossed their mind. They figured “good enough to grandma to church”😂
Going to be really exciting to see this thing on the ground getting ready for ride height setting.
Thanks for sharing another Cutlas video and you were fortunate that you were not affected by the hurricane but I continue to pray for those who were affected.
Nice work lot of attention to those small details always takes time
youre talking about drilling a hole to allow airexpansion , made me think of sumting

Sounds like a good idea even in today’s world.

Your Sunday is our Monday, Kevin.
Can't wait to see the cutless finished Kevin.
In Clearwater, but 4 miles from the Gulf. Minor damage, lost most of my fence, and still no power. Counting my blessings. Feel for all the people that lost everything, 45 tornadoes wreaked havoc on many, and the flooding was devastating.
I'm SO glad you're all right. Our prayers go out to all those affected by the hurricane.
I have the perfect spot for those control arms, my 84 El Camino and I'm only a couple hours north of KSR. Looking more like a race car instead of bars.
