How to wrap a perfect burrito

- Learn how to perfectly wrap a burrito in less than 2 mins.
Few points to remember:
-Always heat the tortilla just a little so its warm and comfortable to handle, not too hot that it crack. This makes it easier to handle and roll and also tastes better
-It is also a good idea to place all the filling in the first half of the tortilla closest to your hand and not the center.
-You will be using every finger of both your hands. The pinky pleat comes with practice specially if you are right dominant like me, your left pinky will be super lazy! Worry not just practice a few times and you will ace it!
The video shows a grilled chicken recipe. I would love to share the recipe if anyone is interested. It is quite frankly a copycat chipotle recipe!

The double tuck!! That's the true key to sealing a saucy burrito. Nicely done. Not many people teach the double tuck.
Double tuck is the worst. You waste a lot of tortilla and make the burrito diameter unnecessarily large. Leave one end open then you can make it longer and skinnier and easier to hold and eat.

I just flipped both sides on the tortilla and rolled it over, actually works okay but this way definitely gets so much more filling.

When I do it, my burrito looks like it just got ran over and all it’s insides just splurted out
maybe putting too much filling inside, or not placed correctly on the open tortilla when first starting. Keep trying. I don't always do it right, but you just keep making burritos until it's a habit.

I'm Mexican and I can tell you, you did a great job! It's not every day that you see someone from a different culture, know how to wrap a burrito.
I'm mexican, and from Sonora, the place where real burritos are made. I've never seen this tecnique before, it seems complicated AF.
Just fold the edges in and roll it up, you don't need to make any triangle.
What fills my heart with joy(aside from burrito filling) is an indian woman teaching me(a white woman) how to roll a Mexican burrito. 💃😻 I love you
