    Instead of cutting off the curves, fold them inwards, over the filling and then roll everything up tightly. This way, both ends are sealed and nothing falls out the bottom when you bite into the top. The filling only goes on the bottom third, the rest of the tortilla is wrapped around it, which is why it is called a "wrap". This way, the filling does not ooze out of the seam.

    How do you wash the veggies? When i washed the purple cabbage, it left a lot of colour! And it spoilers my salad as well

    • @EasyPeasyKitchen
      @EasyPeasyKitchen  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If you're going to wash the cabbage/vegetables you will have to make sure it's properly dry. If there's any moisture it will leave colour. You could dry it with paper towel.

      @@EasyPeasyKitchen firstly thanks for the reply, i think i wasn't clear in explaining, sorry for that...
      After i washed the purple cabbage and dry it as you mentioned, after adding the salad marinade which contained vinegar and oil, that marinade made it leave colour. So the marinade was supposed to be thick, but the water which the purple cabbage released and the marinade made a yucky watery solution. :(
