ERTL Batmobiles. Model from the 1989 movie. DC comics custom restoration. Cast model.

The ERTL company is an American manufacturer of cast models since 1945. The company specializes in agricultural machinery of various well-known brands. In the video, you can turn on subtitles in your language with a commentary on the action - press the letter C on the keyboard or three dots on the mobile phone. In 1989, ERTL bought the rights to produce models from the Batman movie. This film was a huge theatrical success starring Michael Keaton, Jack Nicolson and Kim Basinger. The model is quite simple in construction. He didn't even have a window, only the whole body was made of white metal. I made the missing glass, cut out the windows in the right places and replaced the rear wheels, which in my opinion were too small in relation to the front ones. I wanted to make this model more attractive, so instead of the jet engine I installed a diode that imitates the flames coming out of the turbine. I also made a box where I put a picture of my Batman car. Thank you for watching the video, I publish videos with car repair on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
