As an American learning Arabic, mostly Levantine arabic, it really throws me off as I believe her accent is more Egyptian as Dalida is. The ج sounds like a G sound lol. Amazing song amazing cover and some day I will understand every word with ease ❤️✌️peace and love

As a French person I am just aware of the French version and the Arabic version, you can tell the arabic one is the most fitting one, natural one … it’s so much better. Dalila who grow up in Egypt and was fluent in Arabic, and made this song to celebrate her country Egypt. Btw , lovely video but the voice of Dalila fits better, there is more emotions and passion, this cover is relaxing though , I would definitely put it as a background song for a restaurant or store 👌.
