"Honoring Pearl Harbor, Cockpit USA has created this ultimate collector’s 1941 Pearl Harbor B-3 bomber jacket, patterned after the early 1941 issued russet colored B-3. Only the best shearling pelts were hand selected and color matched for the authentic vintage coloring only this style provides. Vintage labeling, heavy Latigo leather belting straps and other original features make this a classic must have. The B-3 Pearl Harbor Jacket looks and fits like it just came out of the factory in 1941. Please note that the shearling is tanned to “antique” as you wear it, giving “highs and lows” in the color so it looks as if you had this jacket since WWII. This will not affect the durability of this product. Order this vintage sheepskin leather jacket today! Wow Chadd thats just what you need with the cold weather approaching, saying that it looks to nice when you walk the dogs. It brings back memories so I would keep it for other occasions maybe. Our German Shepherd Max got himself trapped in a fishpond and had to be rescued, and is not himself today. Our house is not the same without Misty, but this is what we need to face with dogs. Speak soon hope Kugan and Lobo are great.

Were the pocket and patch optional?
No, not on this model. The front pocket and patch were on the original jackets. The original jackets didn't have hand pockets either. Cockpit USA does sell several other versions of this jacket that don't have the front pocket or patch. Those models also come in other colors and they have hand pockets as well instead of the front pocket this one and the original B3 jackets had.
