Hongkong style of cooking taro wow. In our Naga styles this taro can be eaten in different styles. Peel off the skin and cut it like potato sizes for curries . You can add few pieces of dried fish or meat to have better taste. Another way is to cooked as it is and peel off skin and have it with salad liked pickles. I meant to prepare in our traditional way. Modern styles can be done since you have machines to cut and shapes with different ingredients. 🙏

香港正宗蘿蔔糕同芋頭糕要用廣東臘腸臘肉加蝦米爆香加落煮淋嘅蘿蔔絲再加入米漿攪勻先去蒸,我見到佢哋嘅糕,餡料真係好唔夠豐富,應該味道麻麻,但對於唔識整嘅人,有得食已經很好👌
加油蔥酥就知唔係港式蘿蔔糕啦!又無五香粉同胡椒粉。
沒關係,我們說的港式,其實就是有加料的(肉、油蔥之類的),有些地區也不會稱之為港式,而是叫油蔥肉燥粿,一般台灣人吃的蘿蔔糕只有添加米跟白蘿蔔而已,非常純粹,香港的蘿蔔糕我也吃過,跟台灣的港式蘿蔔糕口味差異蠻多的,不過港式的我家人都不喜歡,因為從小吃的就是台式蘿蔔糕,過年台灣是青蒜的產季,台式蘿蔔糕沾上青蒜醬油膏非常好吃,但港式因為本身有調味,有時無法跟沾醬合味道,我們也會使用香菜醬油、辣醬油或是蒜頭醬油、甜辣醬,台式蘿蔔糕跟這些沾醬都合拍
香港的港式蘿蔔糕口感太硬了、台灣的蘿蔔糕好吃式Q軟的口感、差太多了!

我小時候只吃過有包餡的芋粿巧,有一次在北部忘了點什麼看到有芋粿巧很興奮點了一個,發現沒有包餡超生氣😂
傳統的芋頭巧,是把芋頭絲或芋頭丁,與蝦米等輔佐材料及相關調味料下鍋拌炒;放涼後,加入適量水分與糯米粉等粉類揉成糰塊,再分小塊塑形蒸熟(即主材料與輔佐材料等,是和在一起的)。
有包餡的,應是改良款。
有包餡的是刺殼粿😂

都已包裝好,抽乾空氣我能理解(防腐敗),但為何要再放入蒸氣箱呢?這塑膠包裝多多少少不就蒸出塑化劑了嗎?
食品廠的食品通常需要殺菌,我猜它這個是蒸汽殺菌
真的吃了很多塑化劑這種東西還是少吃微妙
