great shit chef, im an executive sous chef for perrys steakhouses we run a fast high paced turn and burn fine dining business. but this is amazing food and focused tight on flavors. when my fiance and i are ever in NYC ill come to the osprey no doubt love your attitude and team

@dan_churchill love your work. My request would be less acid for those of us who suffer from severe GERD. I can’t have spice, onion, garlic, tomatoes or citrus so eating out is problematic. Most restaurants pre mix everything in the morning so they have herbs on hand for one off requests. 😢
