How do you find halo investors? I’m trying to buy a three Plex which has 3 2bedroom one bathroom. I will be with a renter a family member will be renting the other one and we will rent out the third one and then the city two bedrooms rent for $1000 a month and a nice three Plex is only $125,000 so I need a halo investor. .

From what i can tell Robs a no nonsense guy. So many people dont like talking about anything like this, and although no technical information was given, it still helps give a basic understanding from someone who's knowledgable. I rarely comment on any videos in general but I've always liked watching this channel because of the no non sense policy.
I'm ok with the guy, but what did he give? In the end it basically means one thing, If you have no money, someone needs to give it to you. My 5 year old knows that. So what did Rob provide other than content for his video? But i guarantee you that if you try to start a rental business around his area he will eat you alive. And that video of how to get rid of your competition will not be shared.

What 3 cars would you recommend for someone starting an exotic car rental biz?
Im by no means an expert or in the industry, but my personal recommendation would be. 458 or 488, g-wagon, and a huracan.

I did the first topics he said not to do. When Touro First went public, I took out a personal loan and bought a 2013 MB S550, for me it turned out very well for me. I knew the risk but honestly didn’t care.

You guys wanna know how rob did it? He bought a corvette while living with rich mommy and daddy. He then made money selling videos of him speeding and being a spoiled brat to the cops because he didn’t care, he had mommy and daddy. He then invested the money into an exotic rental car business.
I watch this as I just gave up on finacing a motorcycle cause all intrest rates I found are over 10%. But I just forgave someones $20k in student loans who makes more than me a year because America. Feels fucking great.
