sir in the lecture on sec 73 we came to know that if a mortgage debt is there it be first satisfied, but in order 21 rule 46, mortgage debt can also be attached, & according to order 21 rule 18 & 19 cross claims do not apply to mortgage suits. then how a claim for rateable distribution is satisfied? what will be remedy of mortgagee in this regard? if mortgage is attached as debt? will mortgage remain unsatisfied? what about ratable distribution? what about cross claims? please clarify
