My question is: Final decree toh vo hoti jb PREliminary pr appeal na prefer kri jaye ya uska time gets over it becomes FINAL. Toh sir jab pre decree ka time hi khtm hogya toh hi to vo final bni fir fimal decree pr kase appeal kr skte hain Smjh nai aaya

It means that no appeal be lie when the amount or value of the subject-matter of the original suit does not exceed ten thousand rupees and it was decided by small cause court but if it involves the question of law then a appeal could be allowed

Sir , It is fixed that appeal is always decided by majority of judges But whether it is necessary that the matter in which the judgment delivered by bench of judges is appealed matter ??? Mtlb jin judgment ko bench decide krti h kya vo bhi appeal hui hoti h ? I think I m clear 🤦
Appeal could be heard by a single bench or by a double bench, and against the decision of that bench further an appeal lie to higher court, sometimes matter is referred to constitutional bench, so the matter which is to be decided is important to decide where to appeal lie

Consent decree agar fraud ka results hai, to victim ko koi relief mil sakta hai cpc main , please batye sir
A SEPERATE suit could be filled to challenge the decree on the ground of fraud
