THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I tried everything others showed. Turned of / changed the Power Managment all over the place. My PC did shut down all the time, right from when I first bought it. Drove me crazy! Ich followed your advice about lowering to 95 intead of 100. Even I know the PC is clean. It did it. It fixed the problem. You have no idea how relieved and happy I am. There was no way to play a game or even watch a Video, or work with this pc. I will share your Video all over the place. Thank you!!!

my problem is that my pc restart on its own when i play games for 1 hour does not show any notifi and when i tried the sec method when i click on properties it opens the settings and doest look like the one u opened can u help with that?
windows update just killed a script that ran for the last 4 days and i have no way to just continue where it stopped. i have no idea where it stopped anyway. and all that to install some .net framework bullsomethingletskeepitfamilyfriendly. windows update singlehandedly makes me move away from windows. god i am so angry right now
There are a LOT of placed on Windows 10 where you can change the power managment, even on the USB! Do not ask me how many I turned off, changed. But the temperatur seems to did it for me.

Awesome video! Went ahead and changed the setting to stop the auto restart and stayed long enough you adjust my temp down by 5 degrees 🙏

None of these settings stop auto restarts. They will still happen. There is no way to stop this BS setting.
Try to remove and clean the cables maybe it was not properly attached that happen to me and it work
After you clean it reattach the cables
