Hi Mandy and Lee, thank you very much for sharing wonderful tips. The bus to the airport looks nice and it is only 45 minute ride. WOW! The BKK airport is huge and very modern. Lee got us excited about the cheaper food and water price than the food court upstair. 😂 Good to know about the food court near door #8. I carry an empty water bottle so I can refill it at a water fountain. I am so glad that Mandy found her passport. Mandy’s bags are much smaller, I am still working on downsizing my bags. The sandwich at the Sydney’s airport was expensive and small. It was great to see Mandy’s Mom. I am sure she is happy to have both you home. The video is informative and useful. Thank you.

Oh that feeling in the pit of your stomach when you can’t find your passport! Glad it all worked out.
For some reason that's become my blimmin' awful new habit! 3 out of the last 4 trips I've thought I'd lost my passport going through Security... the last time I had actually left it on the counter and the security staff called me back 😳😲 ~ Mandy

The 7 kg luguage allowance is ridiculous, let's hope budjet airlines in Europe don't implement that.
Despite not being fan of large airports, I find them amazing.
So many nationalities in one place, so many folks working there, it feels like a city.
It was surprising to see places offering food as cheap as the street food in town.
Looking forward to the next trip.

The one advantage of the 7kg carry on is that it's free, whereas the 10kg we take in Europe is an additional cost... albeit not a large one.
Airports are fascinating, and Changi, Singapore is still my favourite, just for the sheer diversity of the things to see and do there!
This airport in Bangkok wins the food challenge hands down though as is amazingly good value 👏💯
