That is an awesome gym build. I’ve been involved in the fitness industry since before you were born, literally. Currently my gym is in my basement with a puzzle mat floor, free weights, a machine set, and a rack plus all the usual weights, sand bags etc. since my garage is below grade and neither of our trucks fit in the garage, I can open the man door to the garage from my gym and shoot my 4 X 4 commercial grade archery target at ten yds. It’s below zero up here in Alberta today. That means it’s a shoot and lift day! Oh, did I mention I’m 66 yrs old! Keep training lads, “for life”!

Just came across this channel.. I am in the middle of a prep for spring turkey hunting.. The birds aren't as big as an elk, but being in better shape than all the other hunters in the woods is just as important.. Thanks for the motivation!

You can do it!
Right at 2:09 your buddy's rest position is basically making his brace height an inch shorter without gaining speed from it. I would shove that rest all the way into the riser to give you arrow more support throughout the shot and also making torque have less of an effect.

Assault Bikes are THE BEST!! Your home gym is way better than mine! I only had the option for one cardio piece for now in mine so I picked the Echo Bike. Taking souls one interval at a time. Awesome video.

Just beware of the axiom: the more you spend, the less you workout. Please do a follow-up video in a year of all the things you wasted money on and never touched. (TH-cam is littered with such videos. 😉)
