Atari Major Havoc Episode 2 - PCB Audio and Vector Output Repair!

We've been working on the PCB and the Monitor for our Atari Major Havoc Restoration simultaneously, but it looks like the PCB has crossed the finish line first. There were a few things wrong with this board, and we show how we found them and fixed them.
It looks like now the board works pretty well, so if there are any remaining issues, hopefully they show themselves in a relatively obvious and easy to fix way...
Next time, we'll show the monitor repair process!

Is it me or is the audio very low?
