Hi thank you for your feed back. Now a days I am using Cap Cut to create captions. It has a tons of free templates. I made on how to use them. Please take a look and it is free. I hope I am understanding your question right. You need help with showing the scene before the text. If that is the case then I recommend after doing the all the things explained in video. Select all sub titles file/ clips and nest them. After that move the entire nested file few frame forward based on how late/ delay you want. Let me know if this helps.
@@BNomadProductions t's not resolved, I'm sorry. I tried to move the scene but it keeps moving with words and the time of the whole file is ruined. Maybe there is another method to show that in Karoke the text before comes the first word of the text.

It has a limited options, but try CapCut. It has tons of options for captions
