I'm with you on the not dating a cheater thing. An ex of mine admitted that he had cheated on a previous partner and that it had had something to do with a partner cheating on him once. he is now in a new relationship.
Recently he texted me with the classic "I've been thinking about you, I miss you, can we met up?" An needless to say I was not down for any of it. My response was a simple "and what does your girlfriend think of all this?" after a long pause his response was "true. I can see why you would think so.." and went on to say that he just wanted to apologise for being a dick. I was not buying any of it and sent him a message back along the lines of "its nice you want to apologise but you are a shitty boyfriend for sending 'I miss you' texts to your ex".
I am not down for cheating and I will not help you do it.

the "you're not like the other ones" thing is so true. I'm currently dating a really sweet boy who tells me this occasionally. it's also important to not overuse any of these phrases or technics since they will use their value after time. he would never say this randomly, it's rather those "I just did something which was followed by him smiling at me and staring deeply into my eyes"-moments when he goes like "man, I never met a girl like you and I'm so happy about it." it melts my heart everytime!
another thing I'd like to THANK YOU for, Tom, is that one specific technic you mentioned in some other video I watched months ago (can't even remember which one it was tbh). it was meant to be a way to find out if a guy (pretty sure it basically works on PEOPLE tho haha) likes you. you said: mention something they wear that you like on them and see if they start rocking that style specifically when they know they're going to see you.
soo, I met that dude at work. he's kind of a nerd. owns like 73929 pairs of sweatpants. when I got to know him that was the only thing he was wearing: sweatpants and caps. one day he wore a beanie instead of a cap and I was like "hey, I like that! I mean, caps obviously fit you well, too, but I dig you even more with a beanie." the next days he showed up to work, he was still wearing that beanie. INTERESTING, I thought to myself so I decided to try another thing. I went up to him and was like "I wonder what you look like in jeans, do you even own some?" he said he does but that he only wears them on special occasions because he prefers the comfort that comes with a pair of sweatpants. so this is what happens the next day: I walk into the cafeteria, see him sitting at a table and as I get closer to him I can see he's wearing a pair of jeans. a pair of jeans and the beanie I said I liked on him. now how crazy is that? this shit (pardon) actually works like nobody's business. I'm SHOOK to this day tbh :D I pretty much instantly told him how sexy he looked and ever since, he wore jeans everytime we went out on a date.
don't get me wrong btw, I ALWAYS told him that I like him the way I met him and that I don't care if he's wearing this or that and that it's really the person INSIDE those clothes that I adore. this is important, too. if you use that technic always make sure you don't make that person feel like they have to change or that there's only one certain way to be for you to like them. at the end of the day it's really just a little test to see if they're genuinely into you so please don't use it for mind games or to change them secretely.

The thing I'm proudest of is the novel I've been writing for the past six years. Tip three definitely works for me, because anytime I share a new chapter with my crush, he sits patiently with his eyes closed and chin rested in his folded hands, and when I finish reading, he looks up at me with absolute awe and tells me how fascinating and in-depth my characters, plots, or words are. I haven't told him, but every time he makes me feel like I'm at the top of the world and I end up smiling for the next two days straight!

I personally have had a bad experience using #1. Guys will accuse a woman of chasing them if you approach first. I’ve been accused of chasing more than once. In some cease I wasn’t even interested in the guy, that way. I just enjoyed their company.

A female friend of mine (back when we were teens) suddenly yelled to me from across a four-lane city street. I looked over and she was tearing across the street, arms wide open, and gave me a big hug. That just made my day, and it's significant to me that we never dated; she was just a good friend who I had comforted after a messy breakup and she was showing appreciation in that action. And she was adorable (still is, I'm sure) so it was kind of an ego-booster for a guy who was considered unattractive by many girls. So, yes, that is something that I believe guys love, in general.

I think the last advice is the most efficient one because is not something you can simply text to someone. Saying " I missed you" while you runned towards that person and gave him/ her a hug can have a powerful effect because you are having actual physical contact, which cannot be replaced.

Something I worked really hard on that I am very proud of is actually my character and I take great pride in that work. I went from a pessimist to an optimist, from depression to no depression, anxiety to no anxiety, PTSD to no PTSD (not joking, I worked so hard with extreme daily devotion for over a decade that I healed my trauma) and I have with it gathered tons of knowledge about the brain, psychology, trauma and much else. I have other things I'm crazy proud of too that most of them has to do with devoted learning (like being super skilled in human and animal behavior, dog breeds, animal training and much else) but even that I'm going trilingual right now doesn't top the work I put into self improvement. Dr Wayne Dyer changed my life.

technique number 4 is my favourite because for me it's not even a technique. it's literally just who I am. It’s kinda awkward and I felt pretty bad because I haven’t liked my crush until to days ago. I always kinda treated him bad then all of a sudden I realized how much he treats me really well and really cares. So I apologized but he thinks of me as a friend and I think he thinks of me as kind of annoying. I don’t know how to get his attention, but I’ve known him for 5 years (but in elementary school I bullied him). But I already apologized and we joke about it now. I just want him to notice that I’m starting to think of him as closer than a friend.

I liked techniques 3 and 4. I think showing interest and showing that you care is key as well as showing them that you know that they can do anything they put their mind to.
You asked if we could answer the question you suggested us to say in number 3: "What's one part of your life that you've worked on and you're truly proud of?" Well, I have two answers to that.
(1)I'm a writer and I've been working on writing a book. I'm really proud of myself of how much work I've been putting into it and how far I've come as a writer.
(2)For most of my life, I haven't been very sociable. About two or three years ago, I was able to make some changes in my life and I've been able to gain more confidence and talk to people more over the years. I'm much prouder in myself and I can now talk to guys a lot easier, which came in handy when I fell for one again after a lot of heartbreak.

Whenever I'm walking in the hall, I usually walk with my crush every day from 3-7 periods, and sometimes I'm alone. Quite a few times, I'd be walking, and this guy would like, run up to me, drop his hand on my shoulder, and says, "Hey!" Also, when he's alone and I'm behind him in the hall, I won't be paying much attention, but in my peripheral vision I could see him keep peeking back at me. He would kinda slow down and/or wait for me.
