I bought mine from Spot Model in Spain. There are a few on Ebay at the moment, just search 1/24 Ford Fiesta WRC and results should come up. There should be a few stores like Domino.be and Hiroboy in UK that should have them in stock.
HobbytechToys in Perth do stock belkits, they might be able to order you one.
