Came out excellent!! Been following along entire time, really enjoy your work
Cool!
Awesome work on an icon! This was a really fun project to follow along with.
Looking very nice mate, what type of 2k clear do you use? cheers
Scale Modellers Supplies 2K
@@grmscalemodeling2 Thanks mate
Coming along great!
So glad TH-cam suggested your video to me, what a great project this is. Subscribed and looking forward to exploring your previous videos. Coming along very nicely, I will have to go back and watch part 1. Thanks for sharing your hard work, I already picked up several tricks I need to try on my models
Thankyou for subscribing
Ojalá así hubiera sido mínimanente el de salvat
I just built one myself, you got a new sub.
I wish this Studio27 PE wasn't such a pain to find anymore - great video!
Magic.
Hard to Find !
cool
Bad work
Where did the decals come from?
reveal out of the box
Had to mute the music.
Bien de loin mais de près !
Did you have any fit issues
Do the wheels spin?
Stunning work!
Just happened on your channel Garrett as I have just ordered this kit. Not sure how long it will take to get to Australia from Portugal but happy to wait. I've only seen parts 1 and 2 of you build so far and will see the rest shortly and loooking forward to the finished product. Very interested to see how the carbon fibre works out as I've never tried it so far but will use it on this kit hopefully. Cheers mate
A little stingy with the primer? I can't believe you sprayed body parts while holding them with your fingers?
Well done. Sanding the mold marks off the tires adds to the realism. Only takes minutes.✌️
Sunday drivers....
Wow, this thing is beautiful, can one really have it in a 360 wheel base model kit. Oh that can be awesome
Salut my friend super car super video subscribe subscribe ...
Grifone my love
Cheers for the awesome footage mate, appreciate it
Muy mala calidad la construcción, de principiante.
Great job I’ll buy it from you if you ever choose to sell
The Revell kits are great to put together, I would have to charge at least $1000 as thats what its worth to me
A suggestion for the next time you flock, PVA glue is easier to work with over normal plastic glue. Use your sieve and a spoon or finger to push the flocking through to keep it fine.
Awesome vlog Garrett, was an interesting watch and loved the outtakes at the end! Lol! Would love to see a video on your kit stash one day!
I'm always wishing I had more time, the next video build should be out by Tuesday hopefully.
Fantastic point of view! Thank you for sharing.
Good work my friend. Congrats
0:01 what song is called i you mention it’s Basixx but which one
Great build and I loved your music dude!
much appreciated
may i ask how u got the front wheel in? my E45 is way too long for front brake
Hi Garrett hello from Ireland 🇮🇪 I must say I’m very happy to have stumbled across your channel What a great video for me to start with! My god your Dads stuff is excellent, I love his little office there. Not really a kit builder myself(would love to get into it at some point) but I’ve got plenty of rally models! I’m looking forward to watching your channel grow, keep it up
Thanks for that Geroid, much appreciated.
PART 4?
I'm aiming for Tuesday
Hey Garrett love ya work mate...I've just taken delivery of the Craig Breen Finland C3 and cannot wait to start on it...paint job will be a challenge but life's an adventure right? BTW I'm also eagerly awaiting the Belkits RS200 as well, now I'm also looking forward to the Renault's following this Vlog. :-)
I'm still scratching my head on why they would have the front guards separate rather than doors or bonnet for instance. It's great that they did a gravel version, awesome. I look forward to DM model kits first car the Ford Sierra, should be a ripper.
@@grmscalemodeling2 I thought that too, but on looking at it it will certainly make it easier, for me at least, to get a clear delineation line between the met Gray and the red...i.e paint them off the car then add them....I think....yeah I always prefer gravel versions to tarmac versions...spent a lot of money on gravel conversion kits for a lot of my rally cars
Thanks for taking the time to get so much footage for everyone!
Good job👌👏
Awesome video. Sorry about running over the GoPro😬😂
That's what its all about. Don't worry it still works (bulletproof).
Thx for putting that together, amazing footage - I am sure all the rally crew appreciate the the time and effort put in!!
Thank you for commenting, much appreciated.
Liked and subbed mate, keep up the sweet content.
A trick I've learnt for cleaning up tamiya's panel line wash is to use a cotton bud dipped in artists white spirit (also called sansodor). It takes the excess right off without affecting your paint work if you've used lacquer or acrylic paints.
Thanks for that, much appreciated
I've waited too long for this.
Sorry mate
*Airbrush* You're generally doing a good job here, but I could see you doing so much better with an airbrush... the cost of your Tamia Spray cans would quickly offset the cost of an airbrush and then you'r be able to get much smoother and uniform paint application - especially with the Tamiya Lacquers, which really aren't meant to brush paint and will pull up the underlying paint layer when brushing them on... I appreciate the effort you've put in to this project, especially with the carbon decals... another tip is to use a tea-diffuser ball for applying the flocking... you get much more control over the application and you don't waste as much. Anyway - always happy to see model building content - just wanted to share some thoughts and encouragement... i'd love to see you take the next step!
thank you for your comment, I've been using SMS airbrush lacquers recently which I have enjoyed. Thank you for Tea Diffuser tip, I will use that in the future.
Hi Garrett. Just wondering if you can tell me what the diameter of the Resin A/N fittings you used for the Transmission and rear differential coolers are? And the braided lines if you know? I’ve done this myself in the past on the Tamiya Sauber/Mercedes C9. The ones I used were too large for the 1/24 scale. Nice work by the way! I’m actually just starting this kit myself!
0.6mm, I bought mine from a-modeler on ebay. checkem out
Shame you didn't use the 5 spoke rims. Still lovely car and amazing work!
93 version used the 5. This is 92 version
