Hi there, to create dry foam, you will need to stretch (0:11) the milk, which puts air into the milk, for a longer period of time as more foam will be created. After you finish steaming the milk, you can pour it in or use a spoon and scoop the milk into the cup. Hope this helps! I can create a video explaining if thats better. Thanks!
Hi there, it's personal preference, the espresso can sit for a few min, but if you sit the milk, it will separate and become hard to pour latte art. Hope this helps.
Thanks for the tutorials. Bought myself the dual boiler after watching them 👍
Congratulations! Hope you enjoy your new machine!
Hi there.. thanks for the video. May I ask what temperature did you set the steam boiler? Is it in its max pressure?
I'm not sure. Is your steam wand slow?
@@laurencelee4012 yeah. A little bit. You can increase the steam boiler temperature from the advanced settings and get more speed
@@alarcilam ohh, have you noticed any improvements after descaling?
@@laurencelee4012 will try that. Haven’t done it yet. Do you like the current steam power? Still curious as to what setting you have
@@alarcilamI'm happy with mines. I'll check that and get back to you. :)
Hi Laurence, may I ask how big is the jug? Is that your Rhino 12oz one?
Yup, a barista recommended this jug. They can be found at alot of places for a good price.
How about the dry foam technic

I can already tell, you're Heart better than mine.😤
Hi there, try put 100% into every cup, take note of what you could do better and you will improve significantly! Good luck!
