    Hi there.. thanks for the video. May I ask what temperature did you set the steam boiler? Is it in its max pressure?

      I'm not sure. Is your steam wand slow?

      @alarcilam 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@laurencelee4012 yeah. A little bit. You can increase the steam boiler temperature from the advanced settings and get more speed

    How about the dry foam technic

    • @laurencelee4012
      @laurencelee4012  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi there, to create dry foam, you will need to stretch (0:11) the milk, which puts air into the milk, for a longer period of time as more foam will be created. After you finish steaming the milk, you can pour it in or use a spoon and scoop the milk into the cup. Hope this helps! I can create a video explaining if thats better. Thanks!

    Hello there... I'm from italy... You have to do the milk first then the coffee.... Not the other way around.

      Hi there, it's personal preference, the espresso can sit for a few min, but if you sit the milk, it will separate and become hard to pour latte art. Hope this helps.
