No need to believe this. Just look. Look at that which has been overlooked. Throw your attention as wide open as it will go. There, you will see your true self-the all-encompassing emptiness onto which all form is written.
Be still, for only in stillness, looking at looking itself, can the eye catch a glimpse of its true nature. Be patient, for only a glimpse is necessary to discover the eternal. ❤

Not sure why youtube keeps recommending these new ager non duality videos to me.
I acknowledge the old adage: Know Thyself.
And I greatly appreciate the works of the ancient Greeks, particularly the Platonists.
I do consider these kinds of videos some what, in an indirect way, disregarding the Platonists.
Men who spent their life in Philosophia, of this divine inquiry, are now pushed to the side by these new non dualist whom do not appreciate such divine works.
They talk about energizing the Soul and I question how this can be done in reifying oneself as illumination.

To know “thyself” is indeed the loftiest of goals. It presumes, however, that there is only one “self” to know. Initially, however, we might say there are two: the relative (illusory) self (ego) and the Absolute “Higher Self” (often referred to as awareness, consciousness, the great mystery, the ground of our being, God).
The objects of awareness are the domain of philosophy-where the self and other is understood conceptually. This understanding is made out of thoughts. Philosophy is made out of thoughts.
The ground of being (the Higher Self) cannot be known through concepts since concepts veil its presence the way a movie veils the screen itself. No movie can help you understand the screen. For that, the movie must be turned off. Where philosophy ends, nondualism begins.
To know thyself is to know ALL thyself-and you are much more than the one philosophizing. Nonduality teachings point to the direct experience of seeing ALL of yourself. 🙏
I feel this strange annoyance coming up as you speak :D Its as if something is saying damn it I have been revealed :D
And also the simplicity of this... It's just... Boring :D Its not even boring, it's just alright.
And I've been struggling so long thinking and thinking I need to fix something or find.
It's so confusing that while I am fully whole and complete here and now the abilities of me physically still do need to be developed and things need to be done. :D but thT is slimy reality of physicality that doesn't mean anything of my true nature. This messed me up so long
Also the emotions! So easy to get lost in them and all the dramatic story coming up with it.
🤣♥️Yes, it might be boring for the mind, but to find something boring is merely a thought of preferring to do something else rather than what is happening now. However, this moment is perfect as it is.
