"Observing is synonymous with being" hit me deep within. I had just meditated for 2 hours or so in silence before watching your video. After hearing those words I just started laughing for a minute or longer lol. Always when I have a huge release I get this insane laughter, I call it my awakening laughter haha. Anyways, thanks for helping me release tension around the act of witnessing. Seeing that witnessing is happening by itself by simply being is so liberating :)
