what about sorting and filtering it according to values? let's say each restaurant has a price and i want to sort it low to high and also filter the too expensive ones

Maps are very quick and easy to setup. Generally, if I have a theme like "55+ communities in my market area" I can create and embed the map in about five minutes.

how does my client know how ro fin the map I created on a Google search? Q2 How many videos can I add per restaurant?

I embeded it on a page of my website and wrote content around the maps value and community resources. The page then gets picked up in Google searches. Adding photos and videos can be done through Google Reviews. I think you can only do one review, but you can add a lot of photos and videos to that review.

I don't know that you can embed only a single layer. You'd most likely need to create multiple maps and then embed each one.
