Руки золотые, но из жопы . )))) Нужны фильтра, нужна изоляция НЧ динамика . На приличной громкости большой динамик , создавая давление внутри короба, просто разорвет маленькие динамики . Такое бывает, когда столяр делает колонку , а не электронщик

@@XCreation Bass wont be "better" ... In case u use that foam, the Volume will get smaller and so the low frequency response gets worse... U could probably use that wooly thing ( i only know the German word for it, as i am german ) because it virtually highers your volume even tho it takes space... But you can find Information about that really fast in the internet

Did you take apart 100w cardboard speaker?
This speaker is not reaching it's max potential. the TPA3116 amplifier will be able to output much more power with 24v power supply. The 12V power supply with 15A current is overkill for the speaker as the amp will not draw so much current.
Check your board specs for the amp first. If i'm correct, try Upgrading to a 24v Power supply brick, then step down the voltage to 12v for your bluetooth transmitter. Just make sure the board you use is well ventilated. Your speaker will be able to push ALOT harder ;)
If not, using a 19v power supply will also give your good result. From experience with TPA3116, 12v volume is quite soft.
Also, this build is really big - Nice for home usage but definitely too big to be carried realistically for most cases.
But it's a powerful looking speaker! Nice looking workmanship!

PS: I'm 16 Y-O and I'm french
I bought the same little amp and tested with 12v, 19v and 24v. I can guarantee 24v will be much MUCH louder and my power supply only provides 2.3 amps. I built a similar sized enclosure and used a single 5.75" 3-way car speaker and a 10" TS-SW2002D3 subwoofer. In a small room it is deafening; especially when the sub hits below 30HZ.
how much current do you need on 24v powersupply ?

Output is 24V DC 2.2A
I use 19v for 100w mono class D amplifer and it's awesome sound...

the bass reflex port diameter is a little too small ... use 3inch diameter minimum pvc pipe for a 10inch woofer
But then it would have to be a bit larger ( longer ) to achieve the same Fs
In general its okay... Teufel f.ex. uses Small diameter BR Ports too because they cant take the space for a long BR port

Nice build! I would not have put on the vinyl considering you are using finished plywood. A stain would have looked better but that is just my opinion.

They dont know how difficult it is to create something good with just few money and tools. Sure, spending much more money on parts and tools might get better result, but i think they just misses the point then. This is affordable and possible for anybody! Thats not 100 watts. I can drive my 8” on 50 watts and bottom it out. Id be suprised if thats not 20watts
How long did it take for them to respond to you? I’m thinking more like 10 watts
Amplifer is 1x100w and 2x50w rms...total 200w..
A car could go 300km but not uphill in a thin atmosphere just because something is rated for that power doesn’t mean it’ll always be that powerful. Some of these amps get their rating at 26 or sometimes even 36 volts. At 12 volts such amp boards distort easily.
Ok, thats definitely not pushing 100 watts, if it was then that sub would push out the side speakers. Crappy design, crappy craftsmanship, and low quality parts.

I have that amplifer it's realy 1x100w and 2x50w rms..that's class D amplifer...
I agree its not a particularly nicely done project but your statement is incorrect, the side speakers wouldn't be "pushed out" as they are sealed-back type midrange drivers, therefore no air from the enclosure they are mounted in can affect the cones. Wattage doesn't mean anything in the grand scheme of sound quality, but yes it's probably not putting out 100w, or at least not at an acceptable THD value.

reinforce the inside of the box with cross members and you will get a more rigid box with less box vibrations giving you a much cleaner sound. Just a tip. Good job!

would look a lot nicer if you mounted the speakers on the inside of the wood panels before putting it together so you cant see the screws.

Nice speaker project, though I do think it would have been better with either full range speakers, or separate mid range speakers and tweeters (with suitable crossovers) - keeping the subwoofer on its own channel.

The video is very good, the author's approach to the case is responsible. Everything is done qualitatively. The bass is excellent, BUT.. The sound of some low, and can be much better and cleaner! I see immediately 3 errors in the Assembly:
1) it is Necessary to separate the two dynamics of medium-high frequency. Isolate them from the subwoofer and place inside in a closed box. There will be no mixing of frequencies and both speakers will sound cleaner.
2) it is Necessary to fix inside all the wiring so that their vibration they did not make a dissonance. It would be nice to cover the inside with sound-absorbing material, but quite a bit.
3) Not really a bug, but in the tpa3116d2 is to apply 24 volt voltage to rock the chip at full, the sound is clearly better.
