WOW Laura this class was fantastic was worried I wouldn't make it to the end but I did 👍👍Loved it being a longer class thankyou to the lady who suggested it would love more longer classes .Yes I remember classes in the 80s and 90s and what we used to wear skin tight tights leataeds and leg warmers !!🤣🤣 A 80s inspired class would be fun seeing you on the next one 🙋💐❤️
@@EvolutionPilatesStudiofinaly got a chance to do this. Did ALL of it with 2.5 pound ankle weights and my pre workout kicked in so i even added my weight vest for some of the standing😅. I loved every minute and hope you make more long ones like this.... or dare i say even longer 😂❤ thank you for the burn. Oh i even added a 15 min spin class to finish the legs off 💀

Im the lady who suggested it 😊 i got alot of free time after work and have become addicted to crazy long workouts sometimes 2 hrs 😂
