- Here is my recipe for the sauce for the meatballs I made in my last video. It is a semi-homemade sauce mixing bottled Sweet Chili Sauce with Sriracha sauce (I don't like the Huy Fong brand Sriracha for this recipe).
If you don't have time to make the sauce the way I showed in the video, you can just use those other sauces straight from the bottle. The Mae Ploy sweet chili sauce is good already, but this recipe will bring the flavor up a few more notches.

Hi nana, km
Keng. my best friend tee was telling me about u. We ride to work every morning together. Amway I need help on my TH-cam channel. I don't know much about TH-cam, although I do have 35k followers on IG. I'm bored of IG and my main goal is to bring Lao food mainstream in Chicago. Also to hand out awards to mom and pop restaurants. Basically I have access to many restaurant kitchens and friends with many writers. I also have all my photography and videography gear. WhAt I don't have is TH-cam knowledge.
you can contact my husband @sanalisak on IG. he's the one who does the shooting, editing, and posting of my TH-cam videos.
