I have a gaming channel... And when I bought my pc I thought that I didn't need any ups... But after some time when I use to edit my yt video I faced alot of sudden power cut.. I wanted a ups who can give me time to atleast save my work...I bought this 1100 va at rs7500 ... At my pc specs are Ryzen 5 5600x 550 v power supply 1650 4 GB graphics card And Acer led monitor 70hz After one month this ups is running perfectly fine... I can record... doing heavy editing playing games every thing... It didn't show any problem... 20 min long I have used ... That doesn't mean it's backup is 20 min .... I just don't use it long ..I just switch off my pc within 2-5 min when power goes ... Coz it takes 4 hr to charge...if anyone have mid range pc and buy it ... I just given my feedback... Because when I was searching for review...I don't find any good one ...
I'm running my 700L samsung inverter refrigerator side by side with home inverter > APC Back-UPS 600va 360 watts it works fine but my problem is no load feature if less then 30w is drawn out of APC Back-UPS for more than 5 minutes ups starts beeping should i add 30w load to make total 150w + 30w = 180w and yes 12V fan really helps cooling
I have seen so many comments which shows that people think the watt capacity of their smps is the actual power consumption of their computer. However, the actual power consumption depends on how much power the components like processor and graphic card draws. Even if you use a 850w smps, if your computer is of low specs, it will still consume only a little power. So 600va or 1100va? It doesn't matter how much watt is smps but what matters is the specification of your computer. However, on any system, 1100va is always better if you have money

If you are getting it to get backup then it will give you around 6 to 7 mins max so don't expect to get 30 min of backup. I have my ups connected to a luminous icon 1600 inverter because and i only got the ups because the inverter cannot switch over from mains to battery backup if the load is high and this ups gives a bit of time for the inverter to switch from mains to battery backup. I almost get around 4 to 5hrs of backup with this setup.

Hey man! Depending upon your psu You should multiply the wattage of your psu by 1.6 And that will give you your recommended VA amount In your scenario you will have to do 550 * 1.6 which gives you 880VA So I suggest you go for a 900VA or 1100 VA ups

You should buy APC 1100va, Buy it from amazon and try it if it can handle your gaming load then use it other wise you can find more bigger... I am suggesting this one because if it works then you can save some money.

Only problem is when it's on AC power input and PC is on load and if power cut happens it can't switch fast enough to battery. So isn't it the problem of switching time and not battery?
@@AshishKotnala29 it sounds more like the problem with inverter rather than battery, however you need to remember the surge current for this PSU's are insanely high for some odd reasons,meaning when the power goes to start this PSU you must need 12 amps of power in my case for a second, so that means you need minimum 3 150ah battery along with 2kva of inverter, then only it will switch over when power cut happens, pc will work just fine with any battery on a normal load, reason is pc power draws varies from one task to another, while playing a intensive game your pc will draw more power than working on a spreadsheet, however main challenge happens when the power goes abruptly, in those scenarios you need higher power inverter and batteries to give enough power to switch on within seconds, so you have to keep all things in your mind, my suggestion would be for you if money is not the issue,but 3 150ah batteries along with 2.2 kva luminous inverter which will fix it, if that's not possible then you can buy 1.8 amps Ups but once again ups will give you maximum of 10 to 20 mins back up and it's very expensive as well, so it's wise to invest in inverter along with batteries so it will last for hours, when power is down

I have bought same ups APC 600VA its a worst ups. It works fine with general work load on pc. But whenever I start playing a game the power button led start blinking red and green with beep sound. If the power goes then my system goes off suddenly. My home inverter also had the same issue so bought this ups but this is even absolute shit. My home inverter took care better than this. Some times it would hold. Very sad ups. Don't and never buy this product. I m returning. I tried with cs go. I have corsair vs 550w smps. I don't think my pc is very high power consuming thing. My pc turns on after I press the power button but suddenly after one or 2 seconds it turns off by itself and within next one or 2 seconds turns on and then off this keep on repeating and I m unable to figure out the issue. Bro... According to you SMPS you should buy any 1.5 kv ups that will cost you around 16-18K. You can do hit and try with 1100va ups if you you win you will save 10,000
600va = 360w, you are saying ps5 take 350w so only 10w will be remaining. So i don't think your tv or monitor will run under remaining 10w, so better go for higher va ups. But as per my knowledge ps5 takes upto 250w, so just check yourself the actual power consumption of ps5 and your tv/monitor.

It's not about money it's about how you calculate the output watt a 360 watt can't help in this kind of high CPU. Atleast 600 Watt Output is need. I mean to say UPS which 1KV upper.
true.... my power supply is cooler master 550w and my pc including monitor consumes 228w so i bought 600va(360w) ups from artis and its running absolutely fine. People think if power supply is 550, 650 or 850w and above then they need 1000va aur higher models which is not true. It totally depends on the total power consumption of all components.

600va doesn't work well, Your PC will shutdown directly when you are in game. Battery also reduce performance over time.

Mere gaming pc ka power supply cooler master 550w hai, mujhe shopkeeper ne 1000va ka ups lene bola tha but maine apne saare components ka power calculate kia to cpu ka power consumption 211w aur monitor ka 17w to total 228w hua.( 600va = 360w) to maine 600va hi lia artis ka. sahi se chal raha mera pc without any problem.

Hi bro i have a high end gaming pc which uses 850 watts deepcool power supply, which has a surge current of 12 amps, none of the inverter works for me till 2.2 kva, not sure why it has such a high end power requirement, can you suggest me a good ups or inverter for me which eill work.

Only problem is when it's on AC power input and PC is on load and if power cut happens it can't switch fast enough to battery. So isn't it the problem of switching time and not battery?
@@AshishKotnala29 it sounds more like the problem with inverter rather than battery, however you need to remember the surge current for this PSU's are insanely high for some odd reasons,meaning when the power goes to start this PSU you must need 12 amps of power in my case for a second, so that means you need minimum 3 150ah battery along with 2kva of inverter, then only it will switch over when power cut happens, pc will work just fine with any battery on a normal load, reason is pc power draws varies from one task to another, while playing a intensive game your pc will draw more power than working on a spreadsheet, however main challenge happens when the power goes abruptly, in those scenarios you need higher power inverter and batteries to give enough power to switch on within seconds, so you have to keep all things in your mind, my suggestion would be for you if money is not the issue,but 3 150ah batteries along with 2.2 kva luminous inverter which will fix it, if that's not possible then you can buy 1.8 amps Ups but once again ups will give you maximum of 10 to 20 mins back up and it's very expensive as well, so it's wise to invest in inverter along with batteries so it will last for hours, when power is down

I have bought same ups APC 600VA its a worst ups. It works fine with general work load on pc. But whenever I start playing a game the power button led start blinking red and green with beep sound. If the power goes then my system goes off suddenly. My home inverter also had the same issue so bought this ups but this is even absolute shit. My home inverter took care better than this. Some times it would hold. Very sad ups. Don't and never buy this product. I m returning. I tried with cs go. I have corsair vs 550w smps. I don't think my pc is very high power consuming thing. Compared to this guy.

600va = 360w, you are saying ps5 take 350w so only 10w will be remaining. So i don't think your tv or monitor will run under remaining 10w, so better go for higher va ups. But as per my knowledge ps5 takes upto 250w, so just check yourself the actual power consumption of ps5 and your tv/monitor.

true.... my power supply is cooler master 550w and my pc including monitor consumes 228w so i bought 600va(360w) ups from artis and its running absolutely fine. People think if power supply is 550, 650 or 850w and above then they need 1000va aur higher models which is not true. It totally depends on the total power consumption of all components.
