For many centuries scholars, historians, and archaeologists have debated whether there is evidence for Hebrews living in Egyptian slavery. Jeremy and Justin visit Tell El Dab'a, also known as Avaris, a place that some consider to be the biblical land of Goshen, as they consider the conditions that the Hebew slaves would have lived in.
The latest feature-length documentary from Appian Media, ""Out of Egypt"" follows a group of filmmakers as they attempt the Exodus journey, as God led the Israelites from slavery in Egypt, through the wilderness of Jordan, and to the Promised Land of Israel. As they delve deep into the history, culture, and geography of the Exodus, they consider how God can take each of us on a journey from slavery to salvation."
For those of us who might never get to travel outside of our own country, thank you so much for making this series. God bless you 🙏🏽
Thank you for this media. There is a fabulous documentary/film called "Evidence for the Exodus".
Thanks
@@SongOfSongsOneTwelvenot exactly but talks about some of the same things. It's on TH-cam I think
search for "simcha jacobovici-exodus" you will find there the evidence for the ten plagues.
"I don't know what town we're in". Looks like Abu Kibir on the way to Zagazig, which was ancient Bubastis. I was working on a dig between Avaris and there and often had to travel through Abu Kibir. We required a similar security convoy.
Excellent series guys. Very high production and well done.
Sounds like you know your Egypt! How incredible to have worked on nearby digs!
@@appianmedia we were excavating a predynastic settlement just west of Tel el Daba. Was during my Egyptology undergrad as a field school. I would love to assist with any future Egypt-related work, even as a consultant. Sent an email in.
Yayyy ❤ I’m a huge fan 👍🏼 Thanks, everyone 🙏🏼❤
Thank you for your support!
Thank you❤. What a gift for Easter. God bless you❤
wow. glory be to God. im addicted to all your videos
Thank so much!
It is very very difficult to get permission to film in the area of Tell el Daba. Actually, Jim Scudder (InGrace) wasn't able to get any pictures from there.
Thank you for getting that footage! Blessings.
We had our challenges filming, but thankfully we were able to capture what we set out to do. To God be the glory.
@@appianmedia Amen.
Best video congratulations in Jesus
Thank you! To God be the glory.
Looking forward to the screening in Tampa soon. You should read "The Origin of the Hebrews" By Dr Douglas Petrovich. An academic publication, therefore well researched, showing the presence of the Hebrew in Egypt. Well worth your time although it is a bit of slog (academic...)
Thanks for the recommendation! See you in Tampa!
you just discovered a new headage.....
Where's the evidence? All that was shown was just some old pottery and cravings that may or may not of been made by the people your looking for. Still kinda some cool stuff
Also 3:13 thought that was Adam Sandler for a second
Moses was born in Egypt. You can start there
Nope lol
Thanks for watching! 🙏
@@earlysda I mean... we know that and you know that... but we assumed that the commenter simply hadn't actually watched the video yet. :P
