The cosmic entity stuff can be very convoluted. I mean, when you're talking about that level of power, it's pretty easy to lose track of who's stronger than who.
Well, it shouldn't really matter. Cosmic entities only really fight against their antithesis, who by definition is equivalent in power, or the universe would become too out of balance to exist anymore. Beings below their pay grade exist to be subject to their rules, just like they're subject to the rules of their superiors..

When The Living Tribunal or Franklin Richards shows up I immediately stop caring. Oh Look! Hurray! A Deus-ex Machina or Retcon is coming to save the day! The Living Tribunal or some reality warper showing up means the story has gone off the rails and they need somekind of reset.
At some point, I'd love to see the Living Tribunal get a power upgrade. He's been killed so many times and now he's not exclusively the 2nd most powerful entity anymore.
To share the same representative does not mean two beings are of equal power and authority. To draw an example within this theme of laws and judges, a lawyer can represent many people who are very different and in some cases when someone cannot afford a representative of their own one can be provided for them by the authorities. Following that there we're brought to the conclusion that Oblivion is not capable of having or refuses to have a representative and therefore The Living Tribunal assigns their own representative to also represent Oblivion. Indeed it is very odd among the Marvel gods to not have an avatar or representative within the physical world..
Instead she stays silent, and when asked again what her choice is her reply is I am thinking. For 24 hours she sits there pondering on the choice to be made and as that last time dings away she smiles as says to lie for 24 hours. Annoyed he looks at her and with that same smile says You never gave me a timeframe in which i must answer. Boom! Done. Or get some robotic eyes, or magic up a new pair or visit kne of the countless beings below her status that can heal. The eyes? They mean nothing and how this was done was kind of meh at best.

When you say 'even keel' I think you should note that from a hierarchy they may be on the same level but their power may not be, especially depending on how restricted or unrestricted they are by their nature.

Bringing back The Living Tribunal and making him an equal to anything kind of just neuters it's entire purpose for existing. Replace it with the Phoenix, for example, and what difference does it make to this story other than remove from the equation an entity that would arguably be in place to end whatever conflict is coming. It's the same problem with OP characters in a different package: Why doesn't Franklin Richards or The Sentry just stomp out whatever is happening in most stories? Because they've been removed from the playing field for one reason or another.
I feel like there's an easy solution to the "you can only tell the truth" and "you can only lie" situation: don't say anything. If one of them is speaking specific then you can also write to get around it.

At some point, I'd love to see the Living Tribunal get a power upgrade. He's been killed so many times and now he's not exclusively the 2nd most powerful entity anymore.

To draw an example within this theme of laws and judges, a lawyer can represent many people who are very different and in some cases when someone cannot afford a representative of their own one can be provided for them by the authorities. Following that there we're brought to the conclusion that Oblivion is not capable of having or refuses to have a representative and therefore The Living Tribunal assigns their own representative to also represent Oblivion. Indeed it is very odd among the Marvel gods to not have an avatar or representative within the physical world..

Instead she stays silent, and when asked again what her choice is her reply is I am thinking. For 24 hours she sits there pondering on the choice to be made and as that last time dings away she smiles as says to lie for 24 hours.
Annoyed he looks at her and with that same smile says You never gave me a timeframe in which i must answer.
Boom! Done. Or get some robotic eyes, or magic up a new pair or visit kne of the countless beings below her status that can heal. The eyes? They mean nothing and how this was done was kind of meh at best.
Its difficult to lie for 24 hours so she made the right choice.

Considering who she is and how serious those high up too her asking to see them she could easily let it be known he is a liar as he shown to be there.
Like I said it was meh at best and with how it is being written for a but older reader they could have done it all better. It was disappointing.

So as I said her just going quiet 'thinking' for 24 hours to let Truth pass would have allowed her to take Liar for 24 hours without issue.

Maria isn’t of the natural order of things, she was meant to be of the powers that be but the natural order of things poached her, which is the point.
Bringing back The Living Tribunal and making him an equal to anything kind of just neuters it's entire purpose for existing. Replace it with the Phoenix, for example, and what difference does it make to this story other than remove from the equation an entity that would arguably be in place to end whatever conflict is coming. It's the same problem with OP characters in a different package: Why doesn't Franklin Richards or The Sentry just stomp out whatever is happening in most stories? Because they've been removed from the playing field for one reason or another.
I feel like there's an easy solution to the "you can only tell the truth" and "you can only lie" situation: don't say anything. If one of them is speaking specific then you can also write to get around it.

I remember saying in your videos (you can see it if you go back to them) oblivion isn't more powerful or as powerful as the one above all. This video proves he's not more powerful than the one above all. Also she said she serve two masters (Oblivion and LT) this does not automatically equate to Oblivion being as powerful as LT. It just means Oblivion is more powerful than her. Lastly, master order and lord chaos are not on the same level as LT. That's not what this issue tells me. Similar purpose yes. Same powel levels? No.
