so in this video I show you how to treat a koi with a injury, that needs some help. Great video James. I brought a 6 inch koi to go amongsty goldfish and it appears to have come with a parasite and ulcer Being new to this I have treated the water with anti ulcer from Blagdon with no success. I got some of the nt labs ulcer treatment and gave it a go this afternoon. Quite hard to do on a small fish but fingers crossed it improves the situation. Video came in handy and confirmed I followed the steps properly!
Just catching up on some of your videos m8 . The korda propolis is good stuff m8 I use it myself ,it seals any wounds a treat 👍

Hi James, I've got a large koi with a similar problem at the moment. Was intending to treat with NT labs Malachite neat to the area. No comfortable with using oil of cloves, so was just going to partially lift out with the net, what are your thoughts?

Try feeding with fresh prawns for 3 days worked a treat for mine
Great video. Thanks for sharing. Some good tip there. Hope it heals up well. Not sure what I did wrong with my ochiba. Just got badly infected from 1 lifted scale. Seems to be under control now but probably lost 20 scales in total and gona have a horrible scar. Be taking some tips from this next time I have to treat one

Have you got a vid on a salt bath?
One tip mate, I always have an air stone going in the blue tub to keep the solution mixed. Then when the fish goes back in the pond, just pull the air stone out first and plop it in the pond. Then you can hold the fish directly over the air stone while they recover.

Never enjoyed doing this sort of stuff but you can only do your best. Good job I say. Hopefully BIGGIE fully recovers. Looks that way after 24hours in anyway 😀👍🏻

No worry’s mate keep up the great work yourself mate happy days and yea could be the shower or the skimmer but these things happen some times all we can do is try like you have by raising the shower mate happy days

James good video again, I have one Koi that falls ill every season, I take it out and treat it but it takes hours to recover, I put extra air lines in the recovery area, but every time I think im going to lose this fish, I think it likes the attention, great job mate.

Why don’t you hold her in front of a air stone which gives her a lot more oxygen going over the gills.
I sliced part of my thumb off with a Stanley knife. The dressing the hospital put on it lasted about 3 hours before it came off. Went back and they did it again. Lasted about 3 hours. So guess what I did... I got my koi kit out and covered the wound in tamodine, then put a load of propolis on the top. Stung like a b*#*&# but it stayed on.
So it is good stuff.

That can be a night mare you got a bet up if not build a roof mate and put clear sides on the pond so both sides and the back so it looks better then a net like
