Oh boy. This was fairly intense for me! My shoulders and arms were shaking! I've gotten out of the habit of "strong " yoga and this one kicked my butt. It's exactly what I need right now. Thank you!!

The timing of the breath really didn't work for me. Maybe because we have very different lung capacities? I enjoyed every other aspect though!
