I thought it was a tease of "Who Knows?" off Hendrix Band of Gypsies album. That would make sense considering the "Fire" jam that they throw in later. The riff in "Who Knows" is really similar to "Sunshine of your Love" though. Phil and Friends played Sunshine of Your Love at Mountain Jam last year. It was a great show.

Because it doesn't have the psychedelic feel of a Rhythm Devil's / Drums segment. It just sounds like two guys playing together, which is not the same.
