I am purchasing the Q20, which is the best deal thanks to your research and Graf really made this job much easier.👍👍
Good Choice
Le moteur tombe en panne en 2 semaines... regardez les avis avant d'acheter
Le ridstar q20 ??
Moteur hs en 2 semaine ???
I really appreciate all of your hard work and expertise Man. So much info gained every video. Thanks
Thanks for the feedback! Just trying to help other people out as there is so many choices for bikes these days
I second this. We really appreciate all that you do
Hey thanks man my dad is getting an Ouxi V8 and now this makes me more pumped!
Good choice
better get some hydraulic brakes for that bike
Bought a Ouxi thanks to your videos! Picking it up today
Good choice
Isn't lack of rear suspension a bit painful?
Ouxi v8 and ridstar q20 on My list to buy next month 🙏
Both are good choices
Thanks for the awesome info! How do you think these compare to the Euybike S4?
Euy s4 is not priced right at $1399 should be $1199 max. Ridstar q20 is $999 is better value IMO. If you can find EUY s4 on sale go for it amzn.to/3Q7b9jk
Just got an Ouxi V8 for 799 on amazon. Can't wait to receive it
Good choice
Have you tried the Euybike S4? It's similar to these with a larger adult frame, it has a 1000w motor and 25ah batt.
The issue with Euybike s4 is priced wrong as it should be $1100 or $1200 max. For $1450 i can buy Yolin dual battery ebike with 44ah battery, and it’s lighter and faster than the s4 th-cam.com/video/y3XJkRnppJ0/w-d-xo.html
Thank you for making this review. I was leaning heavily toward the Jansno X50, but now you've brought the q20 to my attention as well. I need to do more research, but that may be the winner.
Jansco x50 has mechanical Brakes and slower motor
I bought a q20 a couple days ago after watching this video I made play very good choice
Congrats
Hello from France !
Thank you for all these interesting videos.
I live by the sea and I intend to go to the beach with this kind of bike. Do you know if this isn't a bit risky given that they are made of steel ?
No as aluminum frame bikes have steel gears and components
no matter if it's steel or aluminum they both corrode only one is faster than the other and both require maintenance.@@BRichSolution
Good video I'm liking the ridstar seem like good value
Its best value out there right now?
I love my Ridstar Q20, based buying off of your great videos. My question is, have you found some type of rear basket or rear storage?
I haven’t been able to find and cargo rack that fits Q20.
@@BRichSolution We will have to design one then, maybe we can make some money, a lot of e bikes have that same frame/seat setup.
Cual es la altura perfecta ideal para no sentir la molesta en el ridstar q20???
Hey Rich hope all is well I was wondering if you know of any rear racks that would fit on this bikes frame? Also I would like to put dual batteries on my setup do you have any idea how I may do soon The ridstar q-20? Thank you very much have a great day!
If you want a cargo rack and dual batteries get Ouxi v8 www.aliexpress.us/item/3256803923121017.html
You recommend the ouxi v8 for 16 km a day with only front suspension but with hydraulic brakes? I can get one for 999 euro, and is front suspension enough or is rear suspension also a must? (I live in the netherlands so the ground is almost everywhere flat)
Yes, buy ouxi for 16km. Seat is comfortable and 16km will be okay
@@BRichSolution How long wil the battery last you think? I hope about 3 years😅
rich should i get the ouxi, ridstar, or maxfox cnt decide thanks for the helpful videos
Ridstar Q20 is the best bike for $1000 right now. Maxfox battery is small
I have a Q20 I plan on adding extra battery like you did. I hav3 changed the look of it. Completely. Wish I could show it to you
Make a short video and post a comment with a link
If you could only get one....
Out of these OR the Movecan V30 which is the one?
Also wondering if you have seen or heard anything about the 5th Wheel Knight?
Movecan and v30 are the same bike… get the 2 battery version
5th wheel knight appears to be same bike at Ouxi H9?
Thanks for this. Also, X1 is advertised as a single speed not 7 speed. The X2 is the 7 speed
Good to know
My emoko c91 was advertised as 1000w motor and 50kmh top speed which is correct because it’s great for uphills and I know the 750w motors struggle uphills and I’ve also had 33mph out of it.
Thats awesome! Is the 33mph confirmed on GPS app or on display?
@@BRichSolution it’s only on my display monitor on the bike and admittedly I had a bit wind assist, but I’ve had 30mph constantly so top speed definitely more than 28mph...I’ve heard numerous amounts of time about the 750w motors struggle uphill but my c91 flys up them with ease
Do you know if you can replace the screen on the Ouxi V8 with possibly a bigger and better lcd screen? Also is $930 a good price for the V8?
$930 including delivery is good deal. As for screen many upgrades on Aliexpress
@@BRichSolution Hey man thanks for the response! Do you now anything about the OUXI V8 2.0 version? Its supposed to have hydraulic brakes, better screen, and a new seat.
I already have a ridstar q20, would you know where to find a short board surf rack that is compatible with it?
I'm sure a bicycle surf rack can be mounted to fit Q20. try this one amzn.to/3OfRjzB
Hey rich do you have any knowledge on the 2 seater ridstar
No
I am very short sitting at 5'3, do you think ridstar q20 would be good for me?
at 5'3" you will be okay with Q20
I love my Ridstar. It's a lot of fun to ride
Congrats
Ordered ridstar q20 🤘
Make sure to but 20Ah version of the Q20 as the 15Ah version is not worth buying amzn.to/3wbtjcd
@@BRichSolution I took 20Ah
Where did u get the ridstar for 979 i keep finding it for 1000+
Amazon has it $979 amzn.to/43UhdyZ
@@BRichSolution shipping puts 120 more on it
I am 6'1 do you think the ridstar will be too short for me? I'm buying it tomorrow.
Yes
Yes 6’1” you will be okay in ridstar or ouxi
So, that Ridstar the "best" out of all of them? Sounds like you really enjoyed it.
Ridstar Q20 but make sure to get the 20Ah version as the 15Ah version they make on the cheap amzn.to/3O70vXQ
Do you think c91 is good option for 987€? 17.5AH 1000w
Yes good deal
Can you please send a link for the ridstar battery
Go to this link and click chat button and ask extra battery for Q20 and they will make order for you
xingqishi.en.alibaba.com/promotionPage.html
A Q20 is being shipped to me this wedensday, can't wait to test it and compare to a friends M20.
Your friends are gonna be upset when the q20 is faster and cost less
@@BRichSolution I've been on a trip with the bike, cycling trough PAS2-PAS5, 47 miles total, voltage is still 45,2-45,4. Probably gonna switch the tires when worn some, to more street-style, since I'm not going much off road.
*Update - got 59 miles range down to 40,5 volts.
did i miss it, or did he not review the happyrun g50?
good eye.... I forgot it. Happyrun is not great bike considering the other bikes in the group as same or less price
i think im all in on the ridstar
Its great bike for $979. Get the bike before price going up amzn.to/47A5Kra
I would love to see how these bikes perform going up a hill.
I don’t have all the bike as i had to sell some to buy the others but the bike with most torque (hill climb) power is Ridstar Q20
the numbers are there it is the best choice for the money.@@BRichSolution
Why wasnt the yolin in this?
All of these bikes are around $1000
where can you get parts for the Ridstar?
What part are you looking for? You can ask manufacturer but most parts are common and easy sourced from amazon or aliexpress
brake pads. there is no part number or parts list. the pads have a different config than most, they have two holes@@BRichSolution
and brake handles if i break one@@BRichSolution
HappyRun G50 on Amazon is under $600 I have that bike, it is great. I also have the Amyet G60 for under $600 and this has been great as well . I might get a Ridstar Q20 in the Future. No way am I getting one without rear suspension ( Ouxi etc.)
Happyrun g50 is slow and awkward to ride. Amyet G60 and Ridstar Q20 with 20Ah battery are good choices
@@BRichSolution - My son really enjoys it he is 13 and 5' 6 he likes riding it better than my amyet g60 i'm thinking about getting a ridstar q20 . You sir crack me up with buying all of them lol . I grew up with quads and dirtbikes and then onto many muscle cars etc.. Later in life i decided i don't want to expense or danger of a harley , so these ebikes are a blast. My plan is to learn how to end up replacing the motor , controller, screen etc.. To have fun with it and keep customizing them. The front shocks on the amyet g60 are a bit disappointing but the torque is great. Thanks for the response. I need to replace both of them with hydraulic breaks. I was wondering if I could ONLY buy those hydraulic calipers and NOT have to run all new cables and handles. I'm new to this bike thing
Should i get the Jansno X50 or the ouxi v8 for 750? Or should i spend an extra 100 for the ridstar
Also i want to get it registered as a moped so i am looking at the jansno.
Ridstar Q20 with 20Ah battery is faster and longer riding. Do NOT buy the 15Ah version as smaller battery and no hydraulic brakes is not worth the $100 savings
You should be able register all the bikes not just the Jansno
@@BRichSolution is the ridstar better than the Jansno x70 which is dual battery
Jansno x50 has a new improved version and a few weeks ago they changed the batteries from 12.8ah LG to 14Ah LG and added a key ignition and improved the shock absorbers And the price is the same $869 - 899
now it is the best ebike, and in my opinion it also looks the best of all of them
Whats the top speed? Does it still have mechanical brakes?
@@BRichSolution my new version Jansno x50 goes around 50kph (28-31mph)
and higher speeds downhill because there is no engine lock and it will go even more downhill
@@BRichSolution Yes still mechanical brakes
@MarcelENT check speed with GPS on flat ground.
@@BRichSolution I checked and it is 28-31mph on flat
Ah you didnt mention the happyrun
Your right… Happyrun is not great bike for the money
@@BRichSolution idk about that, I ordered mine for $899
That's weird my Jansoo goes like 30 miles an hour
Check it with gps vs what the screen says
Did he say skooch?
Yes
😅
Your missing the samebike ex
Same bike EX is nearly the same bike as Ridstar Q20 except its $500 more and smaller battery
Hi and thank you for all those instructive videos. You definitely have very good analytical skills and you helped me a lot (an others) in our purchasing decision.
I have almost decided to buy the Ridstar Q20 because i like the design, specs and price.
Nevertheless, i was wondering if you have tried or heard of the Tomofree YYG BR100)(th-cam.com/video/oPBeIJDJJLc/w-d-xo.html) it has very similar specs to the Ridstar but with an aluminum frame and is 300 Euro more expensive. And with its cafe racer ww2 looks its amazing !
Myself being 6 foot tall (184cm) saddle height and reach are very important and i think both those electric bike-mopeds are among the most suitable for taller riders.
Your input would be much apreciated to help me choose between those 2
Tamofree YYG BR100 is not a great bike because:
1. The cylindrical battery limits capacity and is expensive to replace unlike stand ebike batteries.
YYG screen and controller is limited in speed.
Tamofree YYG is sold under 3-5 different brands nothing unique. Save and buy direct on Alibaba
If you’re 184cm consider Amyet G60 as seat height is taller then most cafe racers 84cm and top speed is 53kph
Ouxi v8 2.0 is the best, bought one for 1000 euro, dual suspension hydraulic brakes and new display frame and sit. Also new coloars. Also the ouxi v8 2.0 has upgraded power assisting, now the power assist turns on in 0.5 seconds, before in 4 seconds!
Great info and feedback
Please stop promoting this bike you don't know what you're doing this company is stealing thousands of people money all around the world please stop
Im not promoting any single bike and i have never been paid for review. I bought all the bikes at full value and paid like everyone else
@@BRichSolution like your videos you should do a video The ugly Truth on your bike brakes. Ridstar actually not even a company. There is no help no replacement parts that you can buy through them. Cost me $450 to return that because they didn't pay for return shipping.

@@macfoxbike bike did not work. No customer service that I could actually talk to. No help whatsoever.
@@macfoxbike cost me $450 that to return
PAS on the Ridstar is trash, bike shouldn’t be purchased.
Mine works good. Did you change the cadence sensitive in sensitivity settings? See setting video. th-cam.com/video/pnaEkvOyHwE/w-d-xo.html I had similar issue on my $2500 Sondors and it took some messing around to get cadence settings right
Yes, adjusted the settings with no result. Ridstar customer service said that it is normal.
Are you saying your bike doesn’t have a 16-17sec delay in the pedal assist?
