3 1/2 months into it now I’ve learned when I play a person like this guy here Throwing it down the middle I’ll just throw blockers and then try to go back and pick them up at the end, the blocker parts easy to pick them up for me is the hard part, that’s what I’ve been doing on down the middle players that are running up the score I just start to dirty up the board and try to get the bags in or I can knock them in later
I got even more upset with myself after for letting it get in my head LOL ... I have played a ton of sports and feel like I shoulda been able to shake off bad throws. But being new probably put too much pressure on myself or something.
@@cornholenoob yup. I do the exact same thing. But I do have to say, when I lose my swing in golf, there’s no turning it around. Just pack up and go home 😂.
Same thing happened to me week and a half back I thought for sure I was going to get into the upper bracket and stay there made a big mistake I brought a couple sets of bags that were not completely broken in they felt good at home and they would not stay on the board on either side And then I start to get frustrated and I couldn’t get anything but the floor My Wife did real good then we came back this week got into the upper bracket My Wife placed second in the lowers and I got a fourth in the upper definitely was not expecting that But remember there’s always a next week and those kind come around every now and then I’m glad you posted will keep watching
I do that a lot cause I'm new to the tournament thang, lol. I will get serious and lock it in better now. Most of the times I'm changing my grip pre tournament and it messes with me until I correct myself. Real good team had us 18-2 and I told myself look play better to the best you can do without giving up early. So I stayed with it and other team fell in a cold spell and we came back to take 1st.

Low ceilings tough way to play
I have nearly knocked out a few lights LOL
I’m the same way. I get discouraged, and I can’t shake it. I have a great partner that tries to get me to reset, but once I get in my head, I’m done.
