- How to make Potato Kugel.
recipe: To make this recipe, peel 6 to 7 Yukon gold potatoes, put the potatoes in a food processor using the S blade, put an onion in the food processor, pour the mixture into a bowl, don't drain the water, add 4 large eggs, add 1 and 1/2 Tsp of table salt, mix well, then add 1 cup of canola oil and mix well, place in a a tin round, sprinkle pepper on top, and put in oven at 350 degrees for 2 and a 1/2 hours , then let cool down and eat. Potato Kugel for Sabbath and Passover.

(My favorite part of the video is the peeling of the potatoes because it shows the process from beginning to end.)

hot tip! watching someone peel potatoes for nearly 5 minutes is not good video. Stop wasting people's time. There are ten million potato videos on youtube. Be better, or as good as the competition, not a million times worse
jeez, what a terrible video. Not even a reveal at the end with the kugel taken out of the pan and cut.
I hear you, but I want to see how stuff is made from a to z. People have actually told me they like that aspect. You can always skip around. I appreciate the criticism.

is it reaslly worth spending all that time peeling potatoes. noodles make a better pudding and their effort is less than half. similarly, hand-grating potatoes is a total waste of time
Yes, potatoes totally worth it. It's a traditional food, potato kugel. I use a food processor after peeling potatoes. Prep time is only 10 min, when I'm not talking.
